At the time, I didn't expect to be motivated to update that review, but the ongoing service, courtesy, honesty and down-right friendliness from every member of the team demands further thanks. I bought my first new car (a Volkswagen Beetle) in 1971 and have since bought a dozen other new vehicles from Ford, Dodge, Pontiac, Saturn, Nissan, Mercury, and Chrysler. Those transactions cover both British Columbia (Vancouver and Vernon) and Ontario (Newmarket, Barrie, Alliston, and Mississauga). While many were pleasant enough experiences, none can compare with buying the Pacifica here in Belleville. From the meeting and negotiation with Andy McNulty, signing the deal with George Barrie, having Ryan Barclay ensure we were happy with the purchase, through to Janice Brooks-Chesterton's thorough and amazingly knowledgeable introduction to the details of all the new technology when I picked up the Pacifica, each and every member of the team wildly exceeded our expectations. Where else could you go to pick up the vehicle you've bought and learn from the dealer that a new incentive had been offered by the manufacturer and therefore the amount you owe is less that you agreed to pay. Therefore, they will give you a refund of the difference? I was - and am still - flabbergasted. I cannot imagine buy my next vehicle anywhere else. More

They solved the problem Mike Kelly, the service professional at the dealership located the problem with the 4-wheel drive of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. This involved him taking the car to a nature center parking lot to activate the 4 - wheel feature and diagnose that the problem was in a computer module in the rear axel. It was a complex repair and took a full day to fix. I needed the car for the next day and he kept on the service department so that they finished on time. It was close, but he came through. I appreciated his initiative, his knowledge and his determination to satisfy my needs. Awesome. More

Efficient as usual Had an appointment to get my winter tires/rims off and summer tires/rims on, as well it turned out I needed an alignment.
