very unhappy We recently bought a used vehicle and although sales staff were great to deal with after they had their money we no longer were a priority. We bought on a Thursday pick up was made for monday 10am it ended up not ready till 2pm ... 4 daya later we were contacted that they forgot to put on a part to do with the oil sensor for a repair that was to take 2hrs we were left without a car and my husband recently disabled sat 4hrs for work to be completed to find out that lug nuts were stuck and not able to remove. ..how did u do a proper safety with either of the issues ??? We were promised headphones for our van which we have never received and were told they would be ordered now a week later they say oh were waiting for owner to bring in? What if they dont work? What if they are damaged this is not what we agreed to. More
