I set out to purchase a used vehicle, but I discovered that there was some awesome deals being offered on brand new vehicles. I was greeted quickly, but able to take a bit of a look on my own. I don't like the feeling of sales people swooping in and circling - an experience I've had at other dealerships in the past. Dave came out and met with me and was very understanding that I didn't have a lot of time on my first visit. He showed me a couple of trucks and offered a closer look and test drive when it was more convenient for me. I returned the next afternoon and met up with Dave after he finished up with another customer. I had a really good chance to walk the lot and take a close look at several vehicles. What really impressed me was the fact that I was able to look around. Some employees did check to see if I was being looked after, but no one tried to "steal me" from Dave. I've experienced this in the past as well at other dealerships. All I got was friendly greetings from everyone. I was able to test drive a couple of trucks with Dave and he was very attentive to the features I wanted in my new vehicle. Not once though did he make me feel pressured to buy or look at something different. He went out of his way to compare the different models and features of all the trucks I looked at. Once my mind was made up, the paperwork was started, Andy popped in a few times and helped out, and Max settled the financing. There was even a few perks - a couple of Timmy cards because I had patiently waited and a nice gift card to the Quinte Mall. I can't get over how quickly my new truck was made available to me - the very next day in fact. In the past with others, I have waited one to two weeks for my new vehicle. I wasn't trading in, so I needed to find a way from Madoc to Belleville. Not a problem - a driver was sent to pick me up! Can anything be any more convenient? You bet! I decided at the last moment to get the truck undercoated. Because of my last minute decision on that, I expected that I would have to return in a week or so and drop the vehicle off for this. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the company they work with squeezed me in, so the truck was already undercoated on delivery. Dave made sure I was familiar with all the controls and features. He helped me connect my phone. Lots of effort from everyone to make my experience a good one. I was even impressed that Ralph himself came out and introduced himself and thanked me for my business. It's super nice to be treated like a customer should be treated. I'm really happy I dropped in for a look! I got an awesome deal on the price and was treated like gold the whole time. More

We never felt pressured or like they were trying to take advantage of us. George Barrie was very helpful in explaining their financing process. The vehicle needs a couple of minor repairs of a "cosmetic" nature and was something that perhaps could have been negotiated and taken care of by the dealership. I would have appreciated having this explained. More
