Best dealer experience ever We brought our Jeep Patriot in for servicing in response to a recall notice. While we waited, Mike came to explain that they had discovered significa We brought our Jeep Patriot in for servicing in response to a recall notice. While we waited, Mike came to explain that they had discovered significant mouse damage and more work would be needed to make the Patriot safe to drive. He explained in detailed simple terms, what parts would be required and an estimate of how long it would take to obtain the necessary parts and complete the repairs. He helped arrange vehicle rental and transportation to the rental agent. He telephoned later in the day with an update and a final estimate. The next day, we received a call stating that the car was ready for pickup, 24 hours earlier than estimated. We were picked up from the rental agents by the friendliest shuttle driver and brought to the dealership. Once again, Mike explained what had been done, in simple terms, provided us with all the relevant paperwork. And to top it all, the repairs came in under budget! More

I had stopped at another dealership and felt extremely frustrated with the service I was provided. As a single mom sometimes I felt I was treated based on stigma. I left that dealership really upset and drove over to the Dodge dealership. I knew it was time to admit I needed a mini van which I wasn't overly excited about. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. I was introduced to Dave who showed me instantly the service here was going to be fantastic. He was patient, listened to my thoughts, and assured me we would find the right vehicle. We test drove a black Caravan which made me realize this was the right decision for me and my children. Once I fell in love we started to discuss finance which made me nervous! Again he assured me there was no pressure and that Max would handle all my questions. That's when I met Max, another 5 Stars for service! Within the next hour I had purchased my first car from a dealership! A 2017 in 2017. They were all just as excited for me as I was for myself. I didn't buy this car for the make or model as I had no idea what I wanted... I bought it based on the service. Customer for life! More
