Our expectations weren't very high due to some credit issues in both our pasts. The folks at Belleville dodge (Scott and Max mostly) wouldn't rest until we drove our brand new dodge caravan off the lot... They are friendly and have so much knowledge about the buying process. I felt as though we were not pressured into making any decisions we weren't 100% comfortable with. We had a van picked out, it was detailed and ready for us to sign off on and pick up when we noticed a different van with more options and better suited for our needs. Without hesitation a small team was formed and 1 hour later we were driving out of the lot with our brand new van! Really Happy Hi, I went to two other Ram dealers before I ordered A 2016 Ram Limited from Kate at Bellville Dodge. She was great to deal with, very professional, g Hi, I went to two other Ram dealers before I ordered A 2016 Ram Limited from Kate at Bellville Dodge. She was great to deal with, very professional, good looking and they beat the other prices I got by $1700. Kate called me early on Friday May 20th and told me my truck had arrived Wow a week early I was on cloud nine. My truck had to be PDI,d so I could pick it up at 2:00 PM. My wife dropped me off at 1:45. There it sat, black and shinny chrome my truck. I went inside smiling to be greeted by Kate and Max came over and shook my hand. Kate and I went over the final paperwork I did all the signing she went to get the plates and I went around my truck looking for any imperfections. I found some and found some more. The majority of what I was finding looked like small spots of adhesive left over from the build. Kate said this is not rite and Max was there as well so it was decided that I bring my truck in the next week and it would be buffed. As it was the May 2 4 weekend, I called Kate Tuesday morning and I took my truck in on Thursday 9:00 AM I went back and picked it up about noon, I still found some small spots that had been missed. Ryan called their detailer (I forget his name) and he came over rite away. We went around the truck with me pointing out any imperfections (there were only a couple) and he fixed them rite away. I am really happy with my buying experience at Bellville Dodge, everybody was great especially Kate. I have gotten lots of compliments on my new ride and THE RIDE IS AMAZING. Oh I almost forgot, I turned 60 on May 22 so getting my truck on May 20 was a real fine birthday gift. Thanks again Kate and Belleville Dodge. More
