Saved my trip! Was in town visiting family. My father and I where doing some brake work and found that sone of the parts where no longer fit for operation. They gand Was in town visiting family. They gand at rally Subaru where able to fix the parts within 24 hours (even though it is peak busy season) and overnighted the rest of the stuff we needed so we could finish the project in time for me to leave the next day. (At no additional cost to us) was really impressed by the friendly yet professional demeanor of the whole staff. Class act all around. Thanks again rally Subaru. More

Looking for a new to me car! I was looking to test drive a 2015 Mazda3 GS on the used car lot. Jeremy Yuen greeted us when we came in and with all the used car sales people busy I was looking to test drive a 2015 Mazda3 GS on the used car lot. Positive experience I've been shopping for a new vehicle off and on for 5 years. I visited Rally Subaru several years ago and spoke to Bill. He was knowledgeable and info I've been shopping for a new vehicle off and on for 5 years. I visited Rally Subaru several years ago and spoke to Bill. He was knowledgeable and informative, and did not pressure me at all into making a decision. This year I went back and began to seriously consider a Subaru again. During most of my visits I dealt with Bill again. Same great experience - no pressure and very informative. He was also gave prompt replies to my questions via e-mail. When visiting in person, he took the time to explain vehicle features in great detail. When I finally decided to buy, I came back and dealt with Jessica (Bill was away that weekend). She was also helpful, friendly, and assisted me with the purchase. Greg, in the financing office, was also very patient and informative. Did not make me feel rushed. A few weeks later when the vehicle I ordered arrived, Bill was there to present it to me. He took a lot of time to show me the vehicle (Subaru Forester), explain the features, including helping me get my iPhone synced with the audio system. Again, I did not feel rushed and felt that Bill gave me the complete and courteous service I would have expected. As a side note, the vehicle was also given to me with a FULL tank of gas. My husband was very impressed with this, since in his experience, car dealerships don't always do this. More

Very bad service and devious too I wanted to trade in my jeep and buy a brand new Impreza but I was just shocked at the kind of sales tactics they used on me. They underquoted the tra I wanted to trade in my jeep and buy a brand new Impreza but I was just shocked at the kind of sales tactics they used on me. They underquoted the trade value of my jeep by a whole $7500.00 which was just unacceptable. I had it appraised at a different dealership just two days prior for $26500 but rally Subaru wouldn't go over $19000. If u don't want someone's business just say you can't serve them but don't insult your customer's intelligence like this. You will really not sell anything that way! More
