We were assured that the 2019 WRX does not need a block heater multiple times before purchasing the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle the car did not start in the "excessive cold" as they call -15 celsius. They tried to fix it but couldn't even after they said there's nothing they can't fix so the dealership emailed saying there is no solution and to use the block heater that they assured us was not going to help the issue or related and absolutely not necessary for the car. So now we have a ~35 000$ paper weight that they have not been willing to fix or replace. For a company that prides themselves in customer service they haven't done anything to help resolve the issue, instead Rally Subaru and Subaru Canada have blamed each other for the problem meanwhile leaving us in the middle with an unreliable car. I do NOT recommend a Subaru and especially do not recommend a Subaru from Rally Subaru. More
