Keep away from them . I will lodge a complaint against them. More

Though the Jeep we would wish for was not on the lot, Barbara MacPherson promised to find and delver it, and managed to get us the best price we have yet to encounter. Manjinder Benipal was pleasant and accommodating, and provided us with 0% financing. Barbara delivered the Jeep we wanted, and even a few extra upgrades at no additional cost. For a guy who thought he would never buy new, I got exactly what I wanted and feel good about the price and financing. NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RACEWAY Made an appointment for 8:00 a.m they didn’t take my car in until 3:00 p.m. ECU needed to be replaced. This dealership charged 2 1/2 hours labour where other dealerships quoted only 1. Was also charged 1 hour for the diagnostic charged that should have been waived when the repair was completed. Tried explaining this to the service advisor but he wasn’t prepared to listen. Will never return to this dealership again. Would rather go to Downsview instead as you get treated as a customer there. Extreamly poor customer service at Raceway. More

Worst ever experience!!! Worst dealership ever... bought a used car.... Added so much stuff I didn’t don’t want It’s supposed to be all in pricing... HST plus licensing. Oh I got a $500 off email...( they took off $411) Tire and rim hazard .... $99 Platinum protection .....$499 administration fee..........$499 Oh I got a reduction of 1% on my rate I saved $0.00. When I picked up the car... a week after signing and putting a deposit down ... the staff were late to work...I stood around almost 35 mins??? Got the car ... the dash was cleaned and the floor.. the salesman put me in the car without a walk through.... got halfway home and heard air coming in??? A bar was missing that holds the convertible roof down ... if it rained it would have entered the car...so I opened the back door and found the car was never cleaned??? Garbage all over it and the dust. I texted the salesman and told him my problems... I have to come back at month end???!!! xxx. The money I saved went to their pockets They know it. They tried the explain things by adding the car comes with that automatically and used no words to put you down. They questioned me when I questioned them. Brutal.... My next letter is to dealer principal... for Raceway.... I even went to another dealership(FCA) who said the same thing about Raceway More
