Very poor communication did not phone me when car was done the first day,then forgot to do one job, left a second day then didn’t phone again in time for them to give me a ride back, there drivers were g done the first day,then forgot to do one job, left a second day then didn’t phone again in time for them to give me a ride back, there drivers were gone for the day picked up third day had bad noise after picking up. Heat shield was hitting drive shaft as they had it off to do seal , then had to drive back to my shop to fix myself.didn’t have time to return car to dealer that day for a forth day. More

Would not recommend. Third attempt trying to buy a vehicle here. The first 2 times they would not call me back and wouldn’t let me look at the vehicle I wanted because th Third attempt trying to buy a vehicle here. The first 2 times they would not call me back and wouldn’t let me look at the vehicle I wanted because they were about to close in 20 minutes. This time, they tried to scam an extra $1000 onto full website price they offered me over email. They got me to drive to Regina for a “no dealing” trade in and then tried to scam an extra $1000 on top of full advertised price due to installing cheap tires before I got there. Would not deal 1 penny on trade in and angrily yelled at me to leave if I don’t like the price. When I left very upset, the salesman chased me in the parking lot and said ok the manager said we can do the original deal. The only reason i bought the truck is because they had the one I wanted. As a first time customer bringing my vehicle in for recall's to be fixed, I found the customer service poor. and the cashier even worse. Walking into the service department picking up my vehicle i recall's to be fixed, I found the customer service poor. and the cashier even worse. Walking into the service department picking up my vehicle it was my very first experience there (my spouse dropped the vehicle off) I saw 2 guys behind mini desks (1 on the phone, the other on the computer) Neither 1 acknowledged me standing there needing help and having no clue where i needed to go. - Even a "i will be with you in a moment" would have been nice. I was finally asked by 1 employee walking through if i needed help which then he told me i needed to see the cashier. I replied "thank you" I then wait at the cashier desk because there is a customer ahead of me. The 2 ladies working behind the desk are engaging with the customer ahead of me with friendly chit chat and then proceeds to give detailed directions about where the customer will find their vehicle. It's my turn - my experience was the polar opposite of the first customer ahead. I was asked for my name , vehicle i was picking up , to sign here and handed my key and its in B. THAT'S IT NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID TO ME. I said to the lady as i turned to leave "so do i just go outside and walk around until it beeps where it is" Her EXACT reply " PRETTY MUCH" ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME!!! She just gave the lady ahead of me detailed direction from left to right and head out those doors ....and all i got told were "PRETTY MUCH" More
