I got there at 1:20 for a 1:30 appointment and finally st 3:30 went to manager and said if it wasn’t done by 3:45. I was leaving. Vehicle was done 3:40. Two hours for an oil change ???!! All in all I can't say enough about Andy's customer service which is exceptional. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help. All went very well but the wait time was estimated to be about an ho service which is exceptional. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help. I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hrs only to find out that I would have to bring my vehicle back since there was no one available to repair the axle seal & had I known I would've used the courtesy vehicle.
