Excellent Service Ron found me the exact truck that I wanted and better. I emailed him about potentially buying a truck on Thursday and drove my brand new 2018 F150 off Ron found me the exact truck that I wanted and better. He was very helpful and showed me all of the options of the truck and even followed up a couple of times to ensure all was well with the truck. Sabrina found us on the lot and helped us find exactly what we needed, and was able to answer every question with honesty. She's also been great on follow-up questions via email. Dexter was helpful when filling out the financial side of things, but I did feel he was very carefully wording things. We had to ask questions to find out what our options actually were, so be prepared. For example, he made it sound as though the extended warranty was the default and non-optional, until we asked more questions. He never said anything that was untrue, but it was very carefully worded to hide extra fees. It's all standard practice in sales, but it's unfortunate that we must be aware of it. The only part of the experience I really disliked was the insurance agent, who I can't remember the name of. I'm not sure if he's part of the dealership or if he was just part of the Mega Sale. He tried to upsell us on a number of different insurance plans, wouldn't give us much information about the coverages, and then started insulting us when we tried to decline the extras. I refused to accept any services from him and had to go to my regular insurance dealer to have it done, where they informed me that many of the plans he was trying to upsell would have opted us out of some important coverages. I was very unimpressed and I hope he lost out on a commission because we refused to accept his insults. More
