Found the perfect vehicle for me, only problem I found after purchase was the passenger side rear window did not open fully. Back to the dealership where it was promptly (with no bickering around!!!) booked in for repair, which was done quickly, parts ordered in and 24 hrs later back in business. I would definitely do business with these fellows again! More

(isn't that life!) I came in on Monday with my eyes on a used ford Escape. After spending the day talking with Chris, the manager, he pulled some strings so I could get my escape and stay within my budget! I felt as though, not only did Chris hear me, but he understood me!!
