He listened to my wants and needs and in particular my budget and delivered well within the budget, while getting me everything I wanted in a vehicle. Lovelyn my finance person was awesome as well. She was very friendly and provided me with all the necessary information I needed to finance and protect the life of the Vehicle, I picked up my vehicle yesterday and felt I was treated like royalty. It was raining at the time and my vehicle was inside, where Dusty could go over the basic features. I felt like I just drove it out of the showroom!! Thank you to all the staff at Precision. We dealt directly with Bill, who carefully went through all details about the contract and what each item meant. If we questioned any items, he did his best to clarify things and seemed to truly care that we end up with the car and extras we wanted. He also did a great rundown of the car's numerous features before we drove off. If we had any questions, he was quick to return our calls or emails, even sometimes outside of sales hours. There was some issue trying to find the car in a color we liked, but Matt the Sales Manager put a lot of effort into tracking down a colour that suited us. James Calero was also helpful and was a good team leader. Most people fear car dealers, and, yes, there are some bad apples out there, but not at Precision Hyundai, thankfully. More

SECOND NEW CAR I had purchased a new Hyundai in 2006 and was ready to buy another one, and of course it would be a Hyundai again. Am TOTALLY delighted with my (actually 5 door) Accent and love the new color, coffee bean pearl. Have had so many great comments on it........... bought a 6 speed stickshift and it feels nice and sporty, Had seen Dusty O'Neil around the dealership various times but this was my first chance to buy from him and I was completely comfortable with him and pleased with our interaction. Not a 'pushy' guy in any way, but seemed to look out for my best interests and guided me in making the right choices. In fact, I told him to pretend I was his Mother, and treat me accordingly.......... he was wonderful!!! Would recommend Dusty without any hesitation whatever.......... Lisa was amazing as she carefully explained the financial part and we had a LOT of fun together!!! She really knows what she's talking about and made it easy to understand. More

My Interrogation at Precision Hyundai I just visited this dealership today, and I have never been so insulted in my life. I went in with my fiance, we test drove a car, the salesman was fi I just visited this dealership today, and I have never been so insulted in my life. I went in with my fiance, we test drove a car, the salesman was fine, not overly knowledgable, but good enough. Then we went into the office to look at pricing. Now, we just sold our house and I am ready to drop $20,000 in cash on a car, or finance. We asked what the price difference would be and what a monthly payment would be vs just paying in full and being done with it. I just wanted to know what would be better...... that's all. So the salesman went to grab a quote.... then in walks the Finance Manager, or so he introduced himself as. Right off the bat, it was an interrogation. He sits down and says "I'm going to tell you how things work around here...." Are you kidding me? Then he goes, he isn't going to waste his time getting us a quote until he knows what we can pay. So he asks and my fiance points at me, because I am the household money manager. I was so offended already I told them that I wasn't really convinced that I wanted to buy a car there. So he pitched it... Hyundai is great... blah blah. Then my fiance went to say what he was comfortable to pay.... and no joke, his reply was "I'M NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO YOU, I'M GOING TO LISTEN TO HER...." UMMMMM YOU'RE KIDDING, RIGHT? We are a couple, I told him. It is our money. So he starts going "I'm confused......" How, you don't need to be a rocket scientist, we are a couple. It is our money. If he has something to say, he can say it. AND THE INTERROGATION from the start was unnecessary. So, sorry, Mr. Salesman, your "FINANCE MANAGER" lost you a sale. Because that disgusting behavior isn't going to sell cars. I know how money works, thanks. I don't need you to explain "how things work around here?" I'll take my $20,000 somewhere where people will respect me. I'm not going to listen to you.... that's the kind of service you get at Precision Hyundai. More

From first our first visit to the dealership to when we finally picked up our 2015 Santa Fe Limited, all the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The knowledgeable sales staff, Mike Phan and Jesse Wong, were great. We never felt any pressure from them to purchase a vehicle. They let the quality of the vehicle do the sale but they were there to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. Once we made the decision to buy, Jesse started the process quickly and efficiently. Lovelyn Biglete in Finance was superb. She clearly explained the warranty options offered which made our decision easy to select what we needed. Jesse did a great job explaining all the car features when we collected it. After picking up the vehicle I noticed a wind noise but that was quickly resolved after the technician Tom, who accompanied me on a drive, identified it was due to the roof rack railings. Overall, our decision to buy a vehicle from Precision Hyundai was an excellent one and we recommend to anyone, who is looking to purchase a vehicle, to visit Precision Hyundai due to their professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff and excellent product!
