On his desk was multiple oversized containers of protein powder, and pictures of Rocky hanging in the cubicle. I did still love the car and wanted to purchase it. However, when there was a miscommunication about my trade in and we disagreed... I was treated poorly. I was referred to as "Dear" in such a condescending manner that one point I asked him to stop, and call me by my name. I had to ask the sales person to lower his voice to me in addition. I did get my deposit back, that I will say was very honest and respectful. I did, however, have to bring a man in with me to get it returned... Credit where its due. Both the used sales manager and associate were completely disrespectful, but Billy the Finance manager was extremely professional and helpful. More

DO NOT accept anything they wanna you to do....do what it is written in the manual guide/book, not their BSs!!! Also, make sure that everything will work after you receive you car!!! I did 60K and I asked to do a specific service I wrote to service guys. Ive been quoted $361 for that. When I showed up to pick it up, bill was at $800+! Also, they didnt do what I was asking to!!! They even didnt let you know that service they do perform costs more, even twice called me!!!! Also, after such service my fog light stopped working!!!, HID ballast was corroded....why it didnt fail in 5 years before...?! Never ever will go again to these imbeciles and definitely DO NOT recommend their service shop!!! More
