All my enquire’s and requests were handled with professionalism and courtesy. I never felt neglected, always was felt no pressure from anyone. Good service took a little longer than expected. Your prices are very reasonable compared to some other places. We have dealt with Precision Hyundai since the late 1990's when the dealership was located on McLeod Trail. We have dealt with and purchased a few new vehicles from Dusty only and he is phenomenal to deal with . I recommend Precision Hyundai and always have and will continue to recommend them to other people. More
Stay away from Precision Hyundai ! This dealership has no moral standards. They sold us a vehicle after providing us with false information regarding the history of the car and th ! This dealership has no moral standards. They sold us a vehicle after providing us with false information regarding the history of the car and then turned a blind eye to it afterwards. Their detailing department is also “a bunch of idiots” according to Billy Sakkalis, one of the employees at the dealership and the one who sold us the car. Which we were the unfortunate victims of, by not having our car cleaned properly before they put on a protective coat which is valued at $2,500. The 2 main problems we’ve had at this dealership is 1; They sold us a vehicle with an insurance claim, even though they provided us with Carfax that stated there were no claims. They even stated verbally that there were no claims on the car. 2; The detailing department did not clean our vehicle properly before we picked it up, nor after it was scheduled for another detailing package worth $200. In the end I did get my hands on the right Carfax for the vehicle, weeks after I had already purchased the car and requested paperwork numerous times. When I confronted Trevor Staseson, Manager of Customer Experience with this discrepancy between what was shown to me at the time of sale, and the one I got much later, he took the case to the General Manager. A full week later, he replies with the following: “Hi Fredrik, We have now had an opportunity to review the complete file and would direct your attention to the attached Vehicle History Information Check List. Item #8 shows an accident claim of $5,386.00 and XXX XXX’s initials and signature acknowledging the same. We are of the opinion there is no discrepancy in the Carfax. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with your claim for compensation at this time.” Now, I personally met with Trevor at the dealership and I never once hid the fact that we had signed the Vehicle History Information Check List, and I explained to him where in the dealership we had done it and under what circumstances. Instead of sitting down at a desk and carefully going over documents, we sign the papers quickly on a 2x2’ table that is about 2’ tall in the service area waiting room being rushed through the documents, because the finance guy was already ready for us and waiting beside us. Evan at this time when presented the Carfax, it was stated that there were no claims. Shame on us for taking their word and not reading the ‘fine (blurry) print’. These guys ripped me off not once, but twice. Before I even purchased this car, I inquired about another car on the lot that I found online, which was $1000 cheaper and had less KM on the odometer. I was informed that it was reduced due to having a claim on it and that the odometer listing was incorrect (it said 41.000km and should have been 51.000km). Billy assured me that the car I’m about to purchase is the better deal due to being a claim free car. Clearly this dealership has no problem feeding you incorrect information while providing inconsistent documents to support what they are saying. How many times have this happened in the past but no one has noticed? You claim to be “different” and a “family business who cares” but in reality you are no different than any car dealership out there. More

Staff we dealt with were: Billy Sakkalis, Ed Drolet and Paige Phillips. Overall experience was geat! We were fully informed on all aspects of the Genesis - car history, service details, financing (not required), warranty etc. Our experience could not have been better. We found the car we wanted; pricing was excellent; information provided was beyond our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Precision Hyundai and highly recommend the Genesis.
