I have purchased three Hyundai vehicles and used two different Hyundai dealerships in Calgary on each occasion, changing each time because of the poor service received from them. I hoped for it to be different Hyundai dealerships in Calgary on each occasion, changing each time because of the poor service received from them. I hoped for it to be “third time lucky” trying Precision Hyundai and I have been blown away by the difference here at Precision. They are straightforward and do not muck you about. They offered a good price first time for my trade in - unlike another dealership, whom we enquired at for a specific color of vehicle, who offered us $5000 less for our trade in! And then constantly texted us within days saying that they had found more money for our trade in! We would not have touched this dealership anyway given that they also lied to my daughter when she purchased another new vehicle telling her she could not refund her unused warranty when she bought another new car with a new warranty (we now find out that she should have been refunded - theft in my book) we will be dealing with this at that location very soon and leaving them a “wonderful” review when we have our refund. Anyone, who is looking for a great car for a great price, with amazing customer service from a dealership that is Honest and Reliable, look no further than Precision Hyundai, you will not be disappointed. Unlike others they do not ignore you after you have signed on the dotted line and their great customer care continues on. More

Great at selling vehicles. Service is OK unless you have a problem. AC not working - parts back ordered 4-6 weeks - Service Manager tells me to contact Hyundai - how about customer advocacy.
