This is my second Tuscon (2.4L AWD) from this dealership and this time I bought the maintenace package, Michelin snow tires and alloy rims. Had a service for new car ( Kona ultimate 2021) for oil change. As service level according to Hyundai service level guide for 18,0000 km is level 1 and not level 3 this is The service they done to my c change.
