Car was in the garage at most 5 hours (8:30am-14:00pm) and was charged $1552 of labour. My experience with the GM Brad Muller was an absolute disaster and something Porsche Canada should take note of. Worst Porsche dealership I have ever dealt with for lies and lack of communication. I put a deposit down on a new GT vehicle and was very happy to wait for however many months it took to receive. Being out of Province I even went out of my way to stop by and visit them when I was in Edmonton, as I very much appreciated being on their allocation list. Once I was ready to trade my current Porsche in that was part of the deal (and prior to the GT arriving...something they were always open to), Brad ghosted me. A General Manager...of a Porsche dealership...I have no words. That is how the leader of the Team operates, very telling. He never returned several of my calls, nor my emails simply asking for an explanation. Instead, I was told by someone else my deposit would be refunded. Incredible way to deal with a customer and not being open as to why they were ghosting me. Most likely they had a better offer, local client etc. that bumped me (even though I was #2 on the list) But could you not be professional enough to simply tell me that? One would think this low level, shady type of operation would not be found at any Porsche dealership. But I assure you Porsche Edmonton has it covered for you...in spades. More

Con men! I don’t use this term lightly but I have the proof and will happily share it with any prospective client of Porsche Centre Edmonton or any GO Auto Group dealership. If anyone is considering liti proof and will happily share it with any prospective client of Porsche Centre Edmonton or any GO Auto Group dealership. If anyone is considering litigation or in the process, please have your counsel contact me and I’ll provide another example of this company’s deceitful practices. I’m also willing to provide an affidavit. In good faith, I made a deal for a used vehicle from Mike Tennese at Porsche Centre Edmonton. The negotiation was fairly painless. We negotiated on price and after sharing with me the AMVIC Mechanical Fitness Assessment, I put a condition on the contract for an independent inspection of the vehicle. I was assured the vehicle was given a “clean bill of health”. There was some effort to have me take the vehicle to somewhere they chose however I insisted on a dealership I was confident GO Auto Group didn’t have interest in. The vehicle was taken to the Mercedes dealership of my choice and I was provided with an estimate of $10,000 worth of needed repairs. I emailed the salesman at Porsche Centre Edmonton, included the inspection report, and asked him to escalate the situation to his manager. “Good afternoon Mike, Please see attached the inspection report from Mercedes. Almost $10,000 in repairs on a used vehicle would have been a very big mistake had I not had this vehicle inspected independently. I have a hard time believing your shop's inspection didn’t see at least the codes or the leaking oil when they performed their inspection and gave it a “clean bill of health”. I’m disappointed in Porsche Edmonton and needless to say I will not be continuing with the purchase. I remove all authorization to charge my credit card with immediate effect and any charges already initiated are to be reimbursed as soon as possible. I request you speak to your manager and arrange to have me reimbursed for the Mercedes inspection, a total of $367.50, invoice attached. Kind regards” I received a call from another “Mike” he stated he was the sales manager. He was unprofessional, dismissive and argumentative. He thought he could intimidate me and once he realized that tactic wouldn’t work he became agitated and argumentative. He told me he wouldn’t be paying for my inspection cost and said that’s the risk you take buying a used vehicle. All this experience done was reinforce this industry is very under-regulated and after some light research, this is all common practice in Alberta, even from large dealerships. I have since filed a claim with AMVIC, hopefully, to alert the watchdog of these practices. Further, I have forwarded a copy of this review to Porsche corporate. I hope by sharing this experience warns others before their dealings with Porsche Centre Edmonton and any GO Auto Group company. More

I have traded 3 Porsches in to this dealership. After the last experience(now owned by Go Auto) I will no longer deal with this outfit. They tried to give me a very low price for my very clean Cayenne GTS an last experience(now owned by Go Auto) I will no longer deal with this outfit.
