There's only one dealership in Edmonton and that's a huge problem! they know you don't have any options so they take advantage. If you have a problem with the level of service or professionalism of this dealership, contact Land Rover Canada, they will be eager to help you. I love my Evoque but I absolutely hate the dealership (West Edmonton). More

So I've owned my 2009 range rover a few years now and have nothing but terrible feedback for this dealer. I trusted this dealer and they got away with ripping me off a VERY long time until recently a good friend borrowed my car for the day. Being a car enthusiast from a long line of mechanics; he tinkered around. He asks me- have u ever changed your oil?!? This is the filthiest I've seen! You're killing your truck! .... Me- That's impossible I get regular oil changes every 9000km and theres only 70000 on the xxxx thing! I have my doubts about other things as well, one being the brakes. Every 2nd time I go in to get an OC I need new brakes, rotors, etc... Being a single 20 something female I certainly shouldn't have gone soooo long w/o a second opinion, but nonetheless, this speaks volumes of the dealer!!! Edmonton needs a quality Range mechanic ASAP. Everyone I've met in this city has complaints. JAGUAR-LAND ROVER ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS Watch your backs a lot of people are angry with you, I myself am looking into matters legally You li ars might be making big bucks in the scam biz, but there is far more money in honest work and building up clientele, which in many cases can become lifelong... I would have to say that this s the WORST dealership ever, they rip you off, and seriously ave absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE. They have don so many things that it would take me the whole day to write, but the last and final straw was them telling me that my bedplate was leaking and it would cost me 6200.00 bucks, after getting off the phone in tears I sent my vehicle to get a second opinion, and they told me NOTHING was leaking!!!!!!!!! LAND ROVER LIED LIED LIED!!!!! I am just hoping trouble shooters calls me back so this will never happen to anyone again!!!! More
