We were interested in a 2013 BMW X5, and had agreed to the asking price, no questions asked....NO LOWBALLING!!!! My wife traveled into north Edmonton to get my truck assessed and to determine the trade in value.......long story short the used car sales manager came back with a ridiculous #, even after I provided comparables that didn't have near the options my truck had. The average price was over $10,000 what they were allowing for my trade. It's obvious they were trying to take advantage of the situation and I'd personally never recommend this dealership. Entitled, immature & sleazy salesman. Extremely disappointed in the experience. Nothing like kicking someone when their down!!! More

Rip Off! Liars! I need brake pads and they tell me that the only way that they come from Land Rover is in kits that include the rotors. BS!!
