Good purchasing experience Last month I bought a used Ford from JLR Edmonton. The experience was good, Nic was straight forward and easy to deal with. Summer in the finance depa Last month I bought a used Ford from JLR Edmonton. The experience was good, Nic was straight forward and easy to deal with. Summer in the finance department was patient as she took over for Kristina and I had issues acquiring insurance before the sale. JLR Edmonton doesn't do any negotiations on their advertised price which I liked as the haggling is something I hate about purchase vehicles. After doing some research I believe the price they sold the vehicle for was fair. Some other notes: The car was advertised as "locally driven" which I assumed meant it was driven in Edmonton. I later find out the car was bought and driven in Fort McMurray. There were some dirty spots in the not as visible parts of the vehicle. I was a bit rushed having worked a full work day and driving from Calgary so I didn't inspect the car as thoroughly as I should have. The car was a Ford so naturally they weren't as knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. Make sure you are familiar with the car and brand before you purchase. More

No pressure experience We had a great experience with Nic and Chad when purchasing our LR4. We were in BC for the entire process, and I was not able to travel to Edmonton as We had a great experience with Nic and Chad when purchasing our LR4. We were in BC for the entire process, and I was not able to travel to Edmonton as I was 38 weeks pregnant. At no point did we ever feel pressured, and any questions we had were answered promptly and honestly via email, text, and phone call, without us feeling like we were being hounded (like we have experienced at several other dealerships). We are thrilled with the excellent service and will bring our business back to Nic and Chad in the future! More

He was both personable and professional, providing us with options between a used vehicle (offering additional warranty) and new, the latter of which we chose.
