Best buying experience in my 47 years of buying cars. I first was drawn to the dealership by an online advertisement for Jaguar cars. I had never even considered the brand until the day I saw the advert I first was drawn to the dealership by an online advertisement for Jaguar cars. I had never even considered the brand until the day I saw the advertising and the attractive pricing. Up to this time I was looking at BMW/Mercedes/Lexus/Acura/Infiniti. I had owned BMW and Mercedes vehicles prior to this. When I went to the dealership and spoke to a salesperson he was very low key, no pressure and knew his product. He showed me two vehicles I liked and provided written quotes for both at a price lower than the one advertised online. Once I had settled on the vehicle I wanted the actual purchase process was fast and the delivery was excellent. In less than an hour I completed all the documentation, the dealer registered the vehicle at MVB and I was given a detailed demonstration of how things worked. When my wife drove the car she was thrilled by how it handled. One week later I returned to buy another new car from this same dealer. 90% of the communication was over the internet including the valuation of the vehicle I was a trading in. Swift and professional When I arrived I was greeted by my first name, professionally taken care of, and was in my loaner vehicle within 5 minutes of arrival. Whole feeling of distrust . Dealership took 2+ weeks to payout my trade. Work completed after delivery without receiving documentation (mudflaps and wheel bearings). I was told the car had been inspected and serviced in late August prior to my purchase. Once I had to vehicle home I checked to oil; the dip stick showed that the level is at least 1 litre low and oil is blackish in color. I then removed the engine cover and found the area around the injectors covered in an excessive amount of dead, dry and decomposing leaves, which is an extreme fire hazard. I then checked to tire pressure levels for all 4 wheels and found the front left to be at 35 psi, front right to be at 26 psi, rear right to be at 35 psi and rear left 25 psi. This is the multiple reasons for my lack of trust and extreme disappointment resulting in a poor overall rating. More
