They sold me a Car that was not road worthy We bought a used Audi from this dealership and they said they did an inspection and did not provide us with the amvic report before we picked it up. They then wanted us to sign off on the amvic even though there were problems with the car. The rear strut was broken, the rear differential was gone and they said the car was fine and the first day we had the car we realized that they didn't put enough oil in it when they changed the oil we had to add almost 3 litres. The Sales manager was the one who did not provide us with the amvic report and told us when we pick up the car everything would be ready for us. We purchased the extended warranty and after a trip to an Audi dealership to have the car looked over we were told that our warranty doesn't cover new audi parts. And that the Porsche dealership would have to do the work. When we took it back to Porsche the Service Manager said nothing was wrong with the car and that it was just Turbo Lag. Funny the car was a 3.0L fully aspirated engine...NO TURBO...they had the car for a week and nobody even opened the hood...We finally made a big enough fuss and they investigated further and found that the rear differential needed to be replaced, which makes the car not roadworthy and very dangerous to drive. Thanks for putting my life in danger...But what takes the cake, is they knew all of this was damaged at the inspection, never fixed it, sold us the car, we bought warranty, then they got paid to fix the car from the warranty company. Talk about a pretty good scam. I wanted to buy a Porsche but would never buy one from this dealership ever. They eventually gave us our money back after a huge fight but I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership after how we were treated. Finally when they paid out the loan they got the payout wrong, we were charged another payment, I requested 6 or more times confirmation of the payout and thay the loan was paid from the General Manager and he refused. When I called about the payment taken he said I'd have to deal with it and hung up the phone on me. More

Great service I took my Range Rover in for winter tires. I had a jaguar waiting for me as a loaner vehicle. The tires were perfect.
