Best Car purchase experience to date From the time we entered the door we were made to feel welcomed, no high pressure, we took a test drive and arranged to come back when we had more tim From the time we entered the door we were made to feel welcomed, no high pressure, we took a test drive and arranged to come back when we had more time to look carefully. We called and asked to compare 2 vehicles when we came in and they were brought into the service bay so we would look at both of them together in comfort. We went for a test drive again and decided on one of them, again no pressure. From the time we walked in to leaving with a new vehicle it was 3.5 hour, everyone was attentive as to not rush you or waste your time. A week later we were shopping with our daughter for a new vehicle in a different dealership and their standard of service was comparably different, very high pressure and time spent waiting was a full day and coming back 2 days later to pick up the car. I love my new Range Rover and would personally like to thank Tom in a Sales, Jeff in finance and Nelson in IT for the best service and setting the standard in Customer Service for car sales in my opinion.
