We recently moved to Alberta from the west coast of BC for work, and have been looking for a safe, reliable second vehicle since we got here. We had our time wasted by another dealership in Red Deer so we had a good idea of what we were looking for, just a matter of finding it. With one vehicle and a shift worker in the family we have missed out on a few trucks. There are many positive reviews about this dealership and was hoping we would get that experience too, I'm so thankful we did. Its such a treat nowadays when people don't waste your time! We found a truck online we were interested in and called to see if it was still available. It technically was, but had been on the lot here for awhile and the dealership had sent it to auction. We talked with Mark and discussed over the phone our interest but wanted to see it first in person before making a decision. He was nice, answered our questions and communicated back and forth via email and text. He sent us a detailed options report for the truck and told us if we were serious they would arrange for the truck to come back to the lot. We went over the report and it appeared to in good condition and had what we were looking for. Within 3 days of our first call to them they had the truck on the lot, at the time they said it would be there. We got there at 3:30pm, took a test drive, went over the inspection, carfax report and in faster time than I have ever experienced, came to an agreement on price, zoomed through financing with Karrie and left by 6:30pm with the truck. Mark had gone over the reasons for the price and we informed him of our budget beforehand, which put everyone on a similar page in advance making the process painless. They accepted our down payment in what was easiest for us. I believe the dealership gave us a fair price for the truck, considering the extra cost and time to bring it back and were respectful of our budget as well. Karrie was very efficient and welcoming. She helped us get insurance with our broker over the phone and issued an in-transit pass. While we were finishing with her they filled the gas tank, cleaned up the windows and gave us 2 RAM travel mugs. This was the first vehicle that either of us has purchased from a dealership! And it was a delight having such an easy experience. We've been in dealerships that are flakey and aggressive, and ones that treat you like a valued person, this dealership definitely made us feel comfortable. Thank you we are very happy with our Ram!! He is very knowledgeable and helped set me up with a good quality pre-owned truck that fits my needs. I am very happy with my new truck and it came very clean (unlike some of the trucks I seen at different dealerships). Karrie made financing quick and painless. I also had the service department install a fifth wheel hitch and it looks great. I do not have enough good things to say about the staff and my experience at Ponoka Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

I doubt this will ever get published on their website as there is no negative reviews published. Talking to local friends, this dealership has been ripping people off for years. Eldon is the best salesman ever...I've now purchased from him twice in the past 3 months. The first time I purchased through him he had me set up and accepted for financing in like a day! He is a not problem salesman, you want it he gets it for you. He then set me up with all my add-ons I wanted on top and had it ready for that weekend (he even waited for us when we showed up late on a Saturday that they were supposed to be closed) We literally walked in and out with the keys and were on our way, no hassle. The second time we have now purchased from him it was even better then the first experience! He went above and beyond and helped us when it was more than a little difficult and added extras in that he didn't even need to! He then had it delivered to me 5 hours north of Ponoka in High Prairie! He has been more than a life saver. 2. Karrie is financing is the bomb. You will never work a better financing person, she will make sure that you are taken care of and answers my many questions by email throughout the day. Most financing people get super annoyed when you call them and email them like I do. She actually CARES and makes sure financing will work which is a trait you will never find in another dealership. It makes sense to buy from Ponoka Chrysler Jeep Dodge because you don't even have to live in the area to get good service; you can do everything over the computer. They will do everything to make you happy and then bring you the vehicle too! More
