Dropped car off at 945am for scheduled diagnostic appointment. No update until I contacted someone at 130pm as no one had answered the phone between 1130-115pm to learn that my car had not been in t appointment. No update until I contacted someone at 130pm as no one had answered the phone between 1130-115pm to learn that my car had not been in the shop yet. Was then told it would be done first thing the next morning as it would only take an hour for the programming. Picked my car up at 330pm the next day when I received the call. Work appears to be fine but communication was awful this time around unfortunately. More
