Pushed a car colour we didn't want by repeating that this colour is nice and even she had this colour. Wouldn't even answer how long it would take to get the colour we wanted because they wanted to get rid of the one they had in stock. 2. Misinformed us about taxes and insurance. Adamantly reassured us that we would be able to get temp insurance under our dad then not have to pay taxes as we were moving to a new province. I guess she was worried we would go buy the car in Quebec instead and she would lose her commission. After getting the car, we found out that not only could we not get the car insured in Ontario under my dad as she assured, but we also have to pay almost $3000 in taxes in our new province!! 3. When we were filling out the review before, she held the phone in her hands and filled it out thus pressuring us to give her a good review. She just said "5 stars for everything?" In my head I said NO WAY, but my husband just said whatever. 4. Gave us keys that don't work!! One of the 2 sets of keys didn't work and weren't programmed correctly. She knew we were on a very tight schedule moving out of province. Whoever was responsible for this didn't even take the 10 seconds it takes to test the keys. We had to go back to get it reprogrammed even though we don't have time because of the move. This sales lady left me feeling VERY dissatisfied with a huge purchase. I wanted a different colour because it's OUR car that WE will be driving. I don't care what colour she wants!! This was our first time buying a new car and second time buying a car at all. The last salesperson seems like an angel and so caring compared to this one who just pushed a car on us. More
