Excelent Knowledgeable and helpfull service. I drive many kilometres every day and need and rely on my car for my business. It is hard for me to make an appointment because of my schedule, Yest I drive many kilometres every day and need and rely on my car for my business. It is hard for me to make an appointment because of my schedule, Yesterday I took a chance of showing up at Plaza Kia without an appointment. There was a line-up of cars ahead of me. Most of us were there for snow tire changeover. To say the least, not only did they do my tires, but at the same time they did my maintenance that was due so that I would not have to make a return next week for my scheduled maintenance. Adam Stein, who took care of my needs was very obliging and understood my immediate needs. Not only was my car serviced but I also had needed an explanation on some of the car components. A service person was sent out to help me and spent about a half hour patiently explaining and showing me what I wasn't sure of. All of this service, I thought was above and beyond helpful, when comparing this dealership to the many other dealerships that I had used in the past. Kudos and many thanks for your patience, info, and expertise. I am very delighted that I chose Plaza Kia to buy my new car. Thanks again Joe Chaim More

Customer Service is NOT their Forte I do not need to say anymore, but the Management (read FAMILY of the Owner, etc) needs some schooling in Customer Service. I worked in Customer Service for almost 40 years, I know how to treat a Customer , whereas these guys do not. Only saving grace is that most of the other Employees here are awesome People. Pity that they have such a large turnaround of Employees. More

Poor service from unreliable dealership (Plaza Kia) I had an appointment, to receive car wash detailing services. When I arrived I was told that the job won't be done today because the detailer wants to I had an appointment, to receive car wash detailing services. When I arrived I was told that the job won't be done today because the detailer wants to go home!!! This was unacceptable, I had an appointment which was confirmed by the dealer representative, Nancy, over the phone two times. I took two hours unpaid off from the work and paid toll (highway 407) to be on time for my appointment, now they were asking me to bring my car for the requested service another day!!! Finally, after 20 minutes, they convinced the detailer to stay and service my car. They let me down when they wrapped up the normal three-hours work, in less than one hour by huge compromise. Car sits where completely wet and unclean, doors interior were unclean, floor mats where wet and unclean, exterior (car body) was completely unclean etc.. This wasn't my first bad experience with this dealership. They don't keep their promise. This dealership is not trustworthy and reliable. They not only wasted my time and money, but also argued that why I was expecting a better service. More

Customer Satisfaction I bought a Soul EV. I was told they would take care of assisting in the then tax rebate. They did not. I was offered free winter tire storage and upon I bought a Soul EV. I was offered free winter tire storage and upon season change they could not find my tires and in fact they mounted the somebody else's tires onto my car. In the summer they could not locate my summer tires. Upon that service I noticed the day after that 3 custom wheels has been scratched.The wheels were new. No replacement was offered. Sadly I had to discontinue the relationship. Prior to that I had interest in buying a used vehicle. Dustin Stein never mentioned the sale price until pressured. All I got was a biweekly payment figure. The price was to high and I felt scammed. Due to the allover experience I changed to TOYOTA which offered a better,2 years newer vehicle at the same price. More
