They helped me select a 2015 Kia Optima SX Turbo, this is an excellent vehicle, and I am more than happy with my purchase! Plaza Kia has also helped me post-sale with advice and assistance. More
Great after Puchase Service I bought a Kia Optima SX from Plaza Kia this past January. Since then, I have been servicing my car at the dealership. I have to say that in all my I bought a Kia Optima SX from Plaza Kia this past January. Since then, I have been servicing my car at the dealership. I have to say that in all my years in purchasing cars and serving them at the dealers, I am very impressed with Plaza Kia's ways. From the date of purchase and until now (6 months later), their attention to customer service and follow up to make certain that I am completely satisfied, I am very impressed. Frank, the service attendant is the best I have ever seen. He goes out of his way, above and beyond his actual job description to accommodate my every whim (as I am very fussy about my car). His follow up and phone calls are much appreciated. As a matter of fact, everyone that I have dealt with at this dealership, from the salesman to the owner to the receptionist are all very attentive. They make sure that you are always happy. Kudos to this dealership. I rely heavily on my car for my work and I am always happy with their attention to detail and the results. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car or requiring top notch service. Thank You, Joe Chaim More

inflated pricing I went to inquire about a kia forte. Service was very friendly but feel a bit disappointed after sales price They were very deceptive with pricing I went to inquire about a kia forte. Service was very friendly but feel a bit disappointed after sales price They were very deceptive with pricing. They just give you the payment amounts before final bill of sale. The price was quite higher than what was quotes online. The price at the end was very high with a bunch of unnecessary charges, some of which were for items I didn't even get installed. I did receive some "freebies" but because of the inflated price, I pretty much paid for them anyways. This was my first car purchase and I should have spent more time reading over bill of sale and researched online. Please check bill of sale before purchase from this dealer. More

Inflated Selling Price compared to Website and No Recourse This is an embarrassing story from October 2014 as I was taken advantage of after purchasing a new Kia Rio5 in 2012, I was now looking at purchasing a This is an embarrassing story from October 2014 as I was taken advantage of after purchasing a new Kia Rio5 in 2012, I was now looking at purchasing a fully loaded 2015 Kia Sorento. My 2012 Rio was a good deal at the time: 0% interest and simple 36 monthly payments to own at the end of the 36 month term which would have been March 2015 at approximately $634 per month including taxes for a total purchase price of $22,824. So I started shopping in October 2014 and Allan Riahi remembered me from 2012 and told me that he would give me a deal as a loyal returning Kia customer. I said that I wanted the same deal structure on a 2015 Sorento as I had on my 2012 Rio5 and I wanted to keep the payments around $634 to $675 a month and we could go to 7 years to own. I showed Allan the printout from the Kia website "Build and Price" or something like that and including taxes and options the price was let's say $47,000. So the simple math was $47,000 divided by 84 monthly payments or $559.52 if 0% interest, so it would be more if there was interest and the website offered 1.99%. So very quickly Allan took over and said he would make me happy and if I agreed today in October he would structure it so that he would cover my remaining 5 payments to March 2015 on the 2012 Rio (using the $3,000 Kia Canada promotion). So an incentive for me to get into the Sorento now instead of waiting until March 2015. So I agreed. Allan showed me on his computer screen that the payments would be $679.00 a month with interest so I thought that was reasonable. Allan made me shake hands on the deal and no paperwork so a deal was made. At no time did Allan provide me any printouts or anything on paper outlining the finance deal so I thought it was a fair deal of $679 x 84 payments = $57,036 and after 84 payments or 7 years later I own the Sorento just like how I now own my 2012 Rio5 after 3 years of payments. I pick up the 2015 Sorento the following week and Allan rifles me through the paperwork simply having me sign and not explaining nor showing this was a completely different deal except for the payments being $679 monthly it was completely different on the back end. I reviewed the paperwork 3 days later and I was shocked and I emailed Allan right away. Allan inflated the selling price from $47,000 to $57,000 and to add insult to injury it is a 60 month term at $679 per month for a total payment of $40,740 and then at the end of 60 months I would have to pay $23,200 to own the vehicle for a total cost of over $64,000 after 60 months. I got no response from Allan except to come into the dealership so that he could go over the numbers. I then contacted the GM Paul Seminara and I got the same run around to come in and they would show me the numbers. I simply wanted them to void the inflated deal and give me the website deal and to not waste my time coming into the dealership to hear that the numbers work based on their inflated selling price. Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill also did not give me the $750 Kia Canada loyalty discount and it is just insulting how they deceived me and will not correct the inflated price. I was really disappointed in Kia Canada as they did not want to get involved and brushed it off that their dealers do their own deals. More
Bad Experiance I have one bad experience with Kia I wanted to buy a Kia ,so I went their got a good sales representative service, we got along, and I was convinced, I have one bad experience with Kia I wanted to buy a Kia ,so I went their got a good sales representative service, we got along, and I was convinced, and I find what I thought is a nice deal the next step was that I have to Sign for Credit check paper for the finance Department at the Dealership so I did sign the credit check paper then they told me that I have to pay 1000 Dollars Deposit to get to start working on my bank loan agreement that's what I did I paid the 1000, but what I did not know actually that I am Signing a purchase agreement of a car without mentioning that matter to me, and what is worst that I did not get any kind of documents even a copy of a purchase agreement and after two days I decided not to go with the deal, I went to the dealer I told them that I changed my mind, First they refused to refund my money back, and they convinced me that their is one guy from the bank he came to discuss my situation then he started to explain to me the situation, and how this can badly affect my credit, and telling me this amount cannot be refunded since I signed the papers, a day after I called the dealer at Kia plaza, and what was shocking to me that the operator told me that he is the sales manager at the plaza and when he knew that I knew he is the sales manager he did not or any of the people I dealt with call me back.
