Old sale tactics - waste of our time We wanted at quote and our rep. starts asking our name address and phone number. Right off the bat we were hesitant and only gave our name and number. We wanted at quote and our rep. starts asking our name address and phone number. Right off the bat we were hesitant and only gave our name and number. The rep said that she could not give us numbers because that was up to the manager. She didn't even have a computer at her desk. She kept asking "how much do you want it for?" "What's your offer?" yet all we asked for is a quote, a breakdown of the financing with basic levies, fees and tax. The rep goes on saying "well we need your offer. Just like when you buy a house you submit an offer and then the seller decides". She also said that they have to protect their sales because costumers can take quotes and go to another dealer. Unbelievable! After this back and forth she finally agrees to get a quote but when she returns it just shows in handwriting what we would be paying monthly. No breakdown of anything. At this point we were fed up and left angry. A day later we got a phone call from her (we were afraid of this) apologizing for the bad experience... BUT she takes it a step further and asks if we bought a car. If not she would give us a great deal of we came in that day. So pushy and inflexible. More

From the date of purchase and until now (6 months later), their attention to customer service and follow up to make certain that I am completely satisfied, I am very impressed. Frank, the service attendant is the best I have ever seen. He goes out of his way, above and beyond his actual job description to accommodate my every whim (as I am very fussy about my car). His follow up and phone calls are much appreciated. As a matter of fact, everyone that I have dealt with at this dealership, from the salesman to the owner to the receptionist are all very attentive. The price was quite higher than what was quotes online. The price at the end was very high with a bunch of unnecessary charges, some of which were for items I didn't even get installed. I did receive some "freebies" but because of the inflated price, I pretty much paid for them anyways. This was my first car purchase and I should have spent more time reading over bill of sale and researched online. Please check bill of sale before purchase from this dealer. More
