Lesson learned Last year, we bought a brand new car from this dealership. It was our first to buy a new car. Since a friend reffered Richmond hil dealership to us, we were confident that we will get the best deal ever. But after sometime, when the excitement was all gone, we realized that we made a big mistake. When we decided to finalize the deal, a lot of discrepancies were there. They said that after 5 years, the car will still be worth a lot of money that's why we gave in to the deal.. ( that time we really dont have an idea of how buying a car works, because its our first time, we just trusted). When we got the car, the options and free deals were not installed as promise. The day we took the car, we literally had to stop to the nearest gasoline station because it was empty. We have to call every week for a month to follow up to send a copy of the paperworks. After almost a year of having the car with us, we realized that we have to pay a lot of money for a long time, because we had closed a very bad deal.. Lesson learned though.. More

A very pleasant experience and visit. I decided that is time yo change my 6 years old vehicle with no warranty for something newer-er with some warranty. I saw one model on Plaza Kia site I decided that is time yo change my 6 years old vehicle with no warranty for something newer-er with some warranty. I saw one model on Plaza Kia site which I liked it so I went there to see that vehicle. I met sales rep Pavlov who took me on a test drive with the vehicle I liked it and than we set down and together with the Sales Mgr.came up with some numbers we all agreed and I am now the owner of that car which rides very nice so far. Pavlov introduced me to the Business Mgr Daniel Stein in order to finalize the paper work. He explained me everything,did not pressure me in buying some other extra things. Overhaul the entire visit and experience was very good. They also installed at my request a bug deflector on my vehicle.They did this right away and at a reasonable price. So it was a WIN/WIN situation for all us.Myself I got the car I wanted for a fair price and the Dealer made a sale. I would recommend this dealer to any one interested in buying a Kia. These cars look very nice and are very stylish and reliable. Thanks everyone involved in my deal and keep up the good work.
