They made their FNF write them pretending to be a customer. Bought a car on the 3rd of Nov 2016 and the car was delivered to me on the 21st Nov. When they sold me the car they said it had 92,076 KM on it but the car was delivered to me with 94,187 KM, SCAMMERS and LIARS, then they put wrong information on the Ownership. And I have all the documents to prove my words and even they know it very well. Told me to transfer the insurance the car was ready and to pick it up on 5th Nov, but they canceled it and asked me to pick it up on 7th and then changed it to 8th but then again assured me I can pick it up on the 9th but then they canceled it again 2hours prior to the pick time. I kept calling them and sending emails NONSTOP, hardly got a reply or phone call back from anyone. Very ignorant people THEY DON’T GIVE A xxxx ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU HAD PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. Their exact word when I went to the dealership “We don’t know when the car will be ready for pickup, we will notify you once its ready, there’s no exact date” People I dealt with: Isabela – Very nice lady no complains so far. Daniel Stein – Sold me bumper to bumper warranty for $1800 then comes back after 5 mins and tells me he made a mistake the price is actually $2500, I had no option as I wanted the warranty so I accepted it, but wait LMAO after 10 mins he comes back to me again tells me his cost for the warranty is $3000 so I will have to pay $3000 LMAO. I had to get a cheaper warranty for $2400 Joon kim – acts like he is doing me a favor by selling me the car. wants me to chase him instead of calling me and following up. Every time I call him he says “I will let you know tomorrow and give you update”, but no phone calls/emails. Paul Seminara -Just watches what’s going on (as he was CC on all the email correspondence I had with Plaza Kia and he could see that no one’s getting back to me and im not happy) but does nothing. Doesn’t say a word or takes action or gives a xxxx about Customer Satisfaction. He’s probably waiting for me to write a review and tell everybody the truth so that he can reply with “I apologies call be directly I will take care of it” lol After all this when I spoke to him in person his exact words on NOV 21st when I was picking up the Vehicle "if you're not happy with the deal just take you car back, I can reverse the deal for you". Secondly, issue with starter button where the car would not start unless shifted from park to drive to park, third issue was the voluntary emission recall). They did the service maintenance but did not do the other services because of no parts. They said they would call me when the part was available. Which they said would take about a week to order and receive the part. So I said okay just top up the fluids. Paid for fluid too up for my car they did not refill the coolant but they still charged me for it. It's been over a month and they never followed up. More

I went in to check in and said I have to move my vehicle, but was told they would take care of it. The oil change took just over TWO HOURS to complete and when I went to pick up my vehicle where they left it, it had a ticket on the windshield. The time on the ticket was one hour and 15 minutes after I arrived, meaning that they did not touch the vehicle that they said they would move for this long, and when they did the work, they did so with the ticket on it and never mentioned it when I was checking out. I wrote the dealership about this and received no answer and I also wrote Kia Canada who basically said dealerships are independent businesses and there was nothing they could do. After trying to speak with someone at the dealership again, I wrote Kia Canada to reminded them that this independent business has their sign and logo on their building and they contacted the dealership who then called me and asked for the details of the ticket. Not having the ticket any more, the Town of Markham emailed me the details that I forwarded to the dealership and never heard from them again. No bull? All I got was bull. Then when it came time to purchase a new vehicle, Kia was not on my list of choices all because of this dealership. I could not even do business with the wonderful Kia dealership that got my service business after this. More
Felt insulted I went in to look at a $49,276 GMC Acadia. They are a rarer find and I liked this one from Autotrader. Met with Sean. Upon negotiation, he indicated he's dropping the $399 administration fee. We asked for further negotiation and he and asked whats to negotiate, that we know the price based on Auto trader and that's what it is. We asked for 45k. His sales manager wrote on the offer paper, "thanks but too low". So we were ready to go since they didn't seem to want to negotiate. Then Sean asked us for a new number, I said no you guys give us a return number. Sales manager wrote "49k final offer". So we walked out. I felt insulted that they dropped the price a measly $276. Clearly they didn't want to negotiate with us. At least come back with a 48k something offer. We could've easily afforded to pay full price for it but we're just trying to save a little maybe 1-2k or so. I even indicated to Sean that we were paying cash and could put a deposit of $15-20k. I felt they used that info to take advantage of us assuming we would just take it at list price. During this time, Sean also told us, they had initially listed the vehicle at $52k and already dropped $3k on it. Lie! Per Auto trader, original price was only $49,990. When we called him out on it, he said he's not the used car sales guy he doesn't know. As leaving, Sean was walking us out for whatever reason (like no dealer does that!). Then walking by the sales manager,he says to us "this is our sales manager". So.... now you want us to discuss this further with him since we're walking out?!??!? Too late... already feel insulted by you two. Also curious... why is it that this Kia dealership has so many higher brand card ie. This GMC Denali Acadia, 3 BMW's? All trade in according to them? Hmm..... 3 BMW owners traded In for Kia's??? I think not. I'm guessing they buy higher end cars from auctions to boost traffic Into their low traffic flow dealership. Terrible service, dishonest, and quite frankly seem to take advantage of customers. More

Billy worked with my mom to get her a great deal, he exercised patience and very professional in every way. The Team at this Dealership is amazing, everyone was so warm and welcoming. I had previously test drive ano This review is overdue (sorry Isabel!!) but I first went to this dealership in mid-Aug looking to buy a used vehicle. I had previously test drive another vehicle at another dealership that was within my budget. The vehicle I came to see at Plaza KIA was actually over my budget and of course I ended up liking it a lot. But I had later explained to Isabel that I wouldn't be able to purchase it as it was way out of my initial price range. Isabel was very understanding and sensitive to my concern and told me not to worry. Well a few days later I received a phone call from Isabel about another vehicle that became available that was in my budget. So I came down that same day to see it and test drive it. I ended up loving it, but I wanted my father to come and look it over before I made any commitments. Again Isabel was very understanding and didn't pressure me at all. My father and I came down a few days later and he pointed out some minor concerns that Isabel immediately took care of and one week later I took my 2013 KIA Sportage home!! I was so happy with the way Isabel treated and respected my mom, dad and I. As a female, it can be intimidating when purchasing a vehicle. But Isabel was so kind, caring and supportive that those fears quickly disappeared. I highly recommend everyone to see Isabel at Plaza KIA, trust me you won't be disappointed! Thank you again Isabel for everything and I hope to see you soon when I come down for service! More
Terrible customer service I generally don't write negative reviews; however, I feel compelled to share that my experience at Kia Thornhill was the worst of all the dealerships I generally don't write negative reviews; however, I feel compelled to share that my experience at Kia Thornhill was the worst of all the dealerships I visited. The sales representative was unfriendly, dismissive of my questions, and did not adequately explain the features of each package and model we looked at. It felt as though we were bothering him with our questions. It certainly turned me off that dealership, not to mention the Kia brand. In addition, two other sales representatives were chain smoking outside the doors of the dealership for the full 30 minutes we were there,. If I was the owner of this place, I'd have a customer service conversation with my staff. Not impressed. More
Great Service I've been taking my van to this dealership since they opened. I especially cannot thank Frank Donofrio and Paul Seminara, both managers, enough for their help and time over the years. No question is too big or too small. The staff and mechanics take the time to make sure you get what you need. They care about your bottom line too so you can expect not to be charged for unnecessary work or help you to plan out when the work should be done so you keep safe on the road and manage expenses. They also give back to the community. These are people with big hearts. This year, they sponsored our son's single A hockey team. We were truly touched by their enthusiasm. Last year, they even gave him a puck from the shop. It's the little things that really impress me about this place. Lastly, Nancy is the receptionist you will often get to hear first. She is lovely to deal with. Clear on the phone, great attitude and service. And if you ever have a concern, Rob Stein is awesome to speak with. More
