He is always so professi I highly recommend this kia dealer for servicing ONLY . First of all Eric (Korean gentleman) at the service desk is amazing! He is always so professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He is extremely friendly and funny, knows how to build rapport as well as diagnose and find hidden issues in the vehicle that you bring in for servicing. He will always try his best to rectify an issue before you leave the dealership. However, sales wise, I would not recommend the way they try to sell cars. That could be a shady experience, but I highly recommend you bring your kia in for servicing here only because of Eric and the technicians. They are the bread and butter for the dealership. If anyone from Plaza Kia reads this, you need to give Eric and the technicians a raise. Eventhough I don't like the dealership and dread coming in, I only come in because of the service I receive from Eric. If it wasn't for him I would have never came back to this dealership again! He is helping the owner to keep loyal customers and therefore he needs to be compensated, rewarded, and recognized. More

I came back because of the Service Department at this location, close proximity to my home and I liked Optima. I was very satisfied with Isabel Herreros - she was; - very professional - listening to my requirements and remarks - working hard to satisfy KIA's customer .Isabel's .work ethic was also an important factor for me to proceed with the purchase of the car at this dealership. I would give 5 stars but for contract processing/handling which hasn't changed in decades. It could be streamlined and made not just easier for a customer, but presented in a better format as well.
