Gave up on them After several bad experiences I am changing dealership. I was hoping than by being a regular they would get it right, well did not worked that way. We were right by pickering Volkswagen she said she wanted to go in. I had been in there about a year ago looking for a new vehicle and meet a totally obnoxious salesperson and left within 10 min. I didn't want to go in but she talked me into it. We went in and they had their SUV in the showroom. We were looking at it for a couple of minutes and a salesperson showed up. We asked him what this model was worth he said around 50k. We said are budget was around 40 and we were looking at the subaru and honda. After we told him this he didn't have the time of day for us. He didn't suggest a cheaper model or different vehicle he just looked like he was waiting for us to leave. So we did we weren't into the dealership for more than 10 min. We went to the subaru dealer in Whitby right after and meet Bob What a nice sales experience. No pressure explained all option levels had us take both a cross trek and forester out. Even pricing out the car was no hassle I had done some research before and knew what a good deal was. We spent 43k on a 2015 forester Within 5 min of negotiating a price we were done. The best car buying experience I've had. To finish with Pickering Volkswagen I sent an email explaining to them 2 times now ready to buy a car that day I've walked out in less than 10 min disgusted with the arrogant attitude of the salesperson. Pickering Volkswagen response. None. The management doesn't care either. Makes you wonder what happens if you have a problem. More

I unfortunately have used this dealership multiple times for buying a new and used car and for service. The only reason I would go back is because of it proximity to my home. This is by far the worst dealer for buying a new and used car and for service. The only reason I would go back is because of it proximity to my home. This is by far the worst dealership to go to for a VW the staff are rude and unhelpful. I was sold a certified Jetta with a broken spring, I don't understand how this passed the certified inspection. Stay away if you can. More
