Very Satisfied Client I have been dealing with Pickering Volkswagen for more than 16 years. Previously I have leased the VW Passats' 2 times now with this dealership. Las I have been dealing with Pickering Volkswagen for more than 16 years. Previously I have leased the VW Passats' 2 times now with this dealership. Last August 2016, I decided to buy instead of leasing, We bought a 2015 Volkswagen CC. I dealt with Anna (sales manager) . She is always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted and she found me the VW CC exactly what I asked for for a great price. I bought the car, picked up the CC, spotlessly clean in and out, with no issues. Anna did all the paperwork, she was very thorough. The dealership even paid for me an outstanding parking ticket I did not know I had. She showed me everything to do with the car. I paid for the car gave me the keys and drove off. The best decision I have ever made. I have serviced the car, and as in the past with my leases, Shane and Kevin in the service department have been very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Overall, I am a very very happy customer when it comes to VW Pickering dealership, and especially with Anna. I have numerous times recommended Volkswagen Pickering to all my friends, neighbours and family. More

Great price and great service. I bought a brand new VW Jetta 2013 ,I got a great deal. I shopped 5 VW dealerships and VW Pickering was the cheapest. I had no issues with my car serv I bought a brand new VW Jetta 2013 ,I got a great deal. I shopped 5 VW dealerships and VW Pickering was the cheapest. I had no issues with my car service was great and they were always helpful. I went back this month and traded in my Jetta for a Passat Trendline + silver 2016 I took advantage of their clearance event and again got a super deal thanks to Sales manager Anna and Sales rep. Joshua they made this deal happen. Anna is so easy to work with and she will try her best to help you on a deal. Darcey from VW finance was awesome ,she explained everything in details and was not pushy at all. I highly recommend VW Pickering. More

Bad experience with whole staff I had purchased a 2015 Jetta there last December from a sales person I has told that I had a family of four and wanted something cheap on gas. So we went for a test drive and as we were leaving the lot the sales person pushed the gear shift back I had thought maybe I put in in the wrong gear. So as we got into traffic for the test there was a lot of traffic and never really got to get over 50km and had went back to the lot. We purchased the car thinking it was decent. I was so wrong I figured out what the sales guy did he had put it in sports gear to make the car feel like it had power which it doesn't ,when I have my family in the car I can't even get up a hill or pass another car. I remember asking the sales guy for specs on the car because if I knew the horse power of this car I would have bought this but he said he had none because the 2016 were in. Then a month or so later I had Called the sales manager Anna to tell her the story and she really didn't seem to care and had told me the salesman isn't with them anymore. Then I said I would trade my car in for something better but they didn't want to give much for my car on a trade in for new. Then I emailed about trading it in for a used car with more power and she told me she would look into it for me and never got back to me after 5 or 6 more emails on cars I seen on their lot. Then recently I had Called service because of a issue with my car and had left a message with their service guy Kevin and again no call back this is a horrible dealership from top to bottom. I don't think I would ever buy a VW again because of this experience. Denis Evenden More

Steering wheel shimmy. After getting two new front tires. I purchased my VW golf wagon new at Pickering VW and up until recently was pleased by the quality of service received. Recently though they have lost some of they're service staff and the quality of service received since then is poor. I've had to replace my two front tires and asked them to do an alignment and I found the the steering wheel shimmy at highway speeds. I naturally went back only to have they're new manager tell me the car is ok. I made the mistake in thinking they could remember how to fix a car. Note to dealership: customers are loyal only if you can continue to offer quality service. Otherwise your email statement that your technicians know VW cars inside and out does not apply to your dealership. Yes I still have that shimmy. Very annoying. So I will go to a dealership that does have master techs on staff. More

We've stayed with the Pickering dealership because we've always felt that we were respected and the servicing was done professionally. Shane answers inane questions with patience and our cars have been kept humming along over the years without incident. So when it came time to buy again, the VW brand was back in the running and this dealership was a no-brainer for us. Jason Whiteman helped us purchase our new cars. He is friendly and well prepared, making the whole process from test drive to delivery a pleasure. The dealership was very fair with our trades and we came away feeling that we received the right cars for us at an unbeatable price. If we had been treated with anything close to hostility, we would have had no problem giving immediate and frank feedback. If ignored, we'd take our business elsewhere. But I don't see that happening. Times are tough; loyalty must be earned and they have earned ours. More

Lousy service at Pickering Volkswagen My car was making a loud noise, metal on metal type of noise in the rear. I made an appointment and reported the problem to the service rep. When I got my car back, the service rep said that they did 2 road tests and couldn't duplicate the problem. They also said they checked the suspension and that my car is in a great condition. The problem is that when I brought the car in, the odometer read 35,228km. When I got it back, still with the loud noise in the rear, the odometer read 35,229km. So how did they performed these 2 road tests? Anyway, I went to smaller car repair shop, Ian's Automotive Solutions in Pickering, and they fixed my car. The rear left and right coil springs were broken so they replaced them. How is it possible that the service at Pickering Volkswagen didn't identify this problem, and told me that they checked suspension and the car is in a great condition? More

He asked what I wanted in the car and how much I wanted to spend. I got a call a couple of weeks later from them stating they had found the perfect car for me It was actually less than I wanted to spend. I bought the car and picked it up two days later with no hassles. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My first service is coming up soon and I will rate the service dept when that happens. More
