After 50 plus years of driving and 10 different car dealers, none of which were Toyota, I cannot say enough great things about Pickering Toyota. From the minute I walked into the show room with questio dealers, none of which were Toyota, I cannot say enough great things about Pickering Toyota. From the minute I walked into the show room with questions and curiosities about something that I knew very little about I was introduced to Jalal Sharifi, a sales rep. for PIckering Toyota. He was great! Answered all my question, we took a test drive in a RAV4 and he explained about all the buttons and switches (have vehicles ever changed!). I also met with Angelo (Sales Manager) and my feeling for honesty and integrity continued to grow. I bought the vehicle and highly recommend this dealership, especially if you're sick and tired of the other places. More
My appointment was booked last week, the earliest you could provide was today at 9:00 a.m. After receiving a reminder and confirmation on Tuesday (See below) I arrived at 8:45 a.m. You took all my info could provide was today at 9:00 a.m. After receiving a reminder and confirmation on Tuesday (See below) I arrived at 8:45 a.m. You took all my information and explained you were out of stock of the battery I wanted (84 months) however you could provide a (72 month) I greed and sat in your lobby to wait for my car. At 10:00 a.m. I am told you are out of stock of the (72 month) and if I book another appointment you could have the battery for me. Fortunately for me my battery still has some life and I left without booking another appointment. More
We bought our Rav4 through Aisha. It's an amazing experience dealing with her. She worked very hard to get our vehicle as quick as possible. She treated us like a family. Toyota Pickering, where to start, wouldn't sell me car unless I purchased Wear Pass and Tire/Rim warranty. Mentioned to them it's illegal and its called "tied selling". They Pickering Toyota, said "sorr unless I purchased Wear Pass and Tire/Rim warranty. Mentioned to them it's illegal and its called "tied selling". They Pickering Toyota, said "sorry this is how we're going to sell the car to you and other customers haven't had a problem with this". The sales rep Ashia i asked her over text message if the "wear pass is optional", she responded saying "no". In my mind I thought okay, 30 days to cancel, get refunded after. Signed contract end March 2022. Took possession of vehicle on mid June 2022. 2 days later I requested for a cancelation of warranty, from there it went south. Financial manager Nick Chau stop responding to my emails, General Manager Dave Hong told me if I'm not happy with contract, return the vehicle and we'll return you your deposit. Asked GM Dave Hong, why does your dealership practice "tied selling" i was ignored. Brian Wagg Dealer Realtion Manager in Toronto, resolved this issue.
