Service personnel go over everything on the clipboard that needs to be done and follow through again when finished work to verify with us what was done and maybe what should be done next time we're in if necessary. They seem to know the car well. Always pleasant to deal with and our car has never let us down. My wife has dealt with them and found it a much better experience than she'd ever known at other dealerships. They really strive to be the best they can be. More

bad service I have gone to this dealer for excellent sales service,but encountered not so good service from the service center. The dealer first told me that i I have gone to this dealer for excellent sales service,but encountered not so good service from the service center. The dealer first told me that it would take 1.5 hrs to install block heater. 3 hours later they told me that they did not know that it would take 3 hrs. The olny conseqece of this is that they only charged me for 1 hr ,but stole 2 hrs of my time waiting. When I confronted the service manager he said Iam sorry for wait ,but we did not know that it was this complicated. I was a little upset and said can I be compensated in any way ,I waited so long, He said well I will just charge You for the 1 hr. I am wondering how could this be ,since they probably install these units all the time. Shoud nt they know how long it takes. I also wanted to note that all the service advisors were on lunch for about 45 mins with no one managing the desk. I have never seen this before. you would think that each of them would take turns on lunch. More
