No Common Courtesy or Apology - Horrible service!! I literally had to pick one star in order to write this, or would have given it 0 stars. I made an appointment a few days ago to see a vehicle there I literally had to pick one star in order to write this, or would have given it 0 stars. I made an appointment a few days ago to see a vehicle there today, and got not one but two confirmation texts from the dealership about my appointment. I drive over an hour each way to see the vehicle, only to get told that it was sold yesterday!! All I would have asked for is a simple courtesy text from their 'very high end automated text and scheduling system' - they just let me waste my day and hours of fuel and energy and didn't even bother to apologize - they rudely proceeded to asked me if I'd be interested in seeing another vehicle. I'm disgusted by this! What's the point in booking and confirming these appointments, and asking me to call and reschedule if anything changes, then not having the common courtesy to not waste my time and money?! They are awful. Worst Honda dealership location this country has to offer!! My appointment was booked and confirmed by Rohan, who in the message advised that I'll be meeting with Aatif, Matt or Luca - and yet none of these people were able to tell me not to waste a lot of my time coming in. The fact that I had a far commute made it so much worse but this whole system of appointments is flawed if clients are not getting contacted in the event their particular car of interest gets sold prior to their appointment. These guys really need to shape up! More

Waste of time I initially inquired online at Pickering honda for used 2017 honda civic touring. I immediately got a call from the dealership saying the car I availa I initially inquired online at Pickering honda for used 2017 honda civic touring. I immediately got a call from the dealership saying the car I available for your viewing. We set up a time for Saturday, Sept 8th at 11 am. When Saturday rolled by I got a call prior to 11 am making sure I am coming in was told the car is ready for a test drive. When I got to the dealership, the reception called in the manager who asked me to have a seat and the car will be outside shortly. 20 mins go by and nothing by then and then was told they are trying to locate the car. So I waited. In meanwhile they assigned me a salesperson who chatted with me and told me about making the right choice. Another 20 mins in total of 40 mins passed by and was told can't locate the car because it was sold the other day. At this point, I was upset because I was called in saying the car is ready for a test drive and which was a lie just to get me into the dealership and then wasted my time well this whole time they knew the car was sold. So now manager trying to be nice said we do have a demo for sale in silver colour and same model. I was like I am still interested. He said hold tight and he will get the keys, we will work the numbers and give you a good deal. 10 mins later he returned saying sorry we are not selling the demo at this moment. I was really interested in the vehicle and wanted to get into once asap. This treatment by Pickering Honda staff and not informing their customers ahead time was unacceptable. All they want is to lure you into the dealership and sell you a car if it is available. I would not recommend this dealer since they have no regards to customer service. I left the place upset. I never got a apology call from them as they clearly had my information. This time of course they won't call because they lost the sale. More

Didnt care after the deal Made deal for used car. Planned to pick up 4 days later with few things to be ready including registration, flat tire, coolant fluid. On the day, car Made deal for used car. On the day, car plate was messed up because of lack of communication between manager and finance. Waited 4 hours and had to come back next day. Next day picked up car and few days later front tire was still leaking air. Couldnt go back to pickering Honda since we live far. Found out a nail stucked in there. I think passing safety was just pen wipped. I dont recommend this place. More

Recall My car went in for a switch defect that was replaced. 3 monts later my passenger window stopped working. Took it back in to be told the electrical harness needs replacing. Changed the switch again. Front window still not working and now the back window does not work. Ma ager said it would cost $500 to fix. Not happy. More

Excellent Service from Sunil Patel Sunil Patel and his manager, Peter, did an excellent job for me. I am a person who pays cash and is uninterested in finance. They worked out the deal I wanted and we closed for my vechile same day. I also had questions for Sunil and he always picked up his phone, which is unusual these days. He was very helpful. Krystle is very knowledgeable in all aspects and is always trustworthy in her advice to keeping my cars in tip top shape. The service department as a whole works like a well tuned machine; from the greeter when you drive your car in to the consultation with the service adviser to the shuttle driver to the cashier to receive payment. The only thing I would like this service department to work on is the availability of appointments, as the lead time be up to a week to get scheduled. More
