Fair: The adviser who checked me out took some time to find my key and file. He told me my car would be at the back but I had to wander all over the lot before finally finding it at the front, with help from a valet. FYI he was my adviser at my appointment May. He did not pick up voicemails then or on the day before my August appointment. I mentioned this to him last week. More
