Warranty service I brought my vehicle to Performance Mazda for scheduled maintenance. At this time I wanted them to look at an issue with my rear seat which rendered I brought my vehicle to Performance Mazda for scheduled maintenance. At this time I wanted them to look at an issue with my rear seat which rendered it inoperable. I also noticed small holes in the carpeting of the cargo area. I showed both issues to the service tech. Following the appointment I was notified that the carpeting would not be fixed as I punctured it and that the rear seat would only be fixed because it was inoperable. The service technician said I bent the seat therefore they don't have to fix it. This frustrated me, I take care of my vehicles. I only carried a 25 lb box, and it was the first time carried anything with the seats down (the car is only 6 months old). As for the holes in the carpet, a lightweight cardboard box should not cause this damage, I was dissatisfied and frustrated following the discussion with the service technician so I decided to contact Mazda Canada to have them assess the carpet issue. The Performance Mazda service tech said I would be notified in a few days when the seat came in and that they would call to book the appointment, After 1 week I had not heard so I phoned (multiple times) and showed up in person to see if the replacement seat was in. I could not get an answer and was told each time that someone would call me...they did not. After being frustrated by the unnecessary delays I posted a message on this forum hoping to get their attention (this message has replaced my original posting). Within a day or so I received a call from Dave and a response from Andy. They expressed their disappointment with the service I received and wanted to resolve the issues. Dave made sure the replacement part was ordered right away and called me back to book the appointment. Dave also had the holes in the cargo carpeting fixed. Thank you so much Dave for taking these issues seriously and for resolving them. I love my CX-5 and I want to keep in in great shape for all the years I will have it. After some frustrating weeks, Performance Mazda came through in the end and resolved the issues in both a professional and timely manner. It's too bad it had to go to the level of service manager/general manager to get it done. Unfortunately this and previous problems at this dealership has resulted in my decision to go elsewhere for service. For these reasons I can't say I recommend this dealership but I am very happy the issues were resolved in the end. More

Great experience I went to performance Mazda on April 28th for their "We're going nuts" sale. I was really pleased with the service that Marcel, Brian & Bruce gave me they we're really nice, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to by a new car. I love my new CX-5. Buying our new Mazda 3 I went in Performance Mazda knowing which car I wanted: the same as my old Mazda 3. My old car didn't disappoint me and that is why my choice was agai I went in Performance Mazda knowing which car I wanted: the same as my old Mazda 3. My old car didn't disappoint me and that is why my choice was again for a new Mazda 3. We knew that this car was the best in its category. On top of this it's beautiful and pretty good on gas if I compare it to my 2005 Mazda 3. All in all we're just thrill with the new design, gas economy, and the sporty driving. More

Best customer experience at a dealership ever! I don't expect much from sales/service people these days [Rogers are you listening??] but Paul Sellars at Peformance Mazada really reset my thinking o I don't expect much from sales/service people these days [Rogers are you listening??] but Paul Sellars at Peformance Mazada really reset my thinking on that! I came in with what I thought was a simple issue. I was experiencing check engine light a slight noise but it quickly caused my car to be almost undriveable...and it was after work on Friday ;-(. I'd already given up hope but I called Performance Mazada on Saturday morning and not only did Paul get my car in almost immediately he went the extra mile to fix the noise, reset the light and even changed a burnt out tail light and refilled my low tire with air! Just awesome!! Keep up the excellent work guys!!! Peter More
