STAY AWAY!! After dealing with Kevin and Bruce for almost 20 years and having bought several vehicles from them it was time for a new one. I was looking to get a After dealing with Kevin and Bruce for almost 20 years and having bought several vehicles from them it was time for a new one. I was looking to get a new 2016 Mazda 3GT Lux pkg. although Kevin was polite as usual he was very misleading in not only of the vehicle combination I wanted but lied to me saying there where none available I n Canada and showed me some computer screen to try to convince me. After some intense useless back and forth negotiations I broke under pressure and signed a purchase agreement and put a $1000 deposit. Once I got home, I re read the agreement and wasn't happy and instructed Bruce to put everything on hold and not proceed with the financing. Bruce went against my instructions and put the financing through. Luckily he made a mistake on the financing application and I was declined financing. In the meantime, I went shopping at bank st Mazda, found the car I wanted ( in the showroom) for a better price and financing rate, I decided to buy the car. The best car buying experience ever. The only issue was they couldn't proceed with the financing because perormance Mazda never canceled the financing application that was declined. I got instruction from the financing manager at Bank st Mazda to tell Performance Mazda to call the bank and tell them to cancel my financing so they could proceed with the transaction. That's when all bleep broke loose!! I tried calling Bruce to no avail, he was avoiding me and voicemails as was the sales manager. So I showed up at the dealership in person looking to settle everything and Bruce wasn't there and the rude, arrogant sales manager told me it couldnt be done until Bruce was back in the office. I wasn't going to be played like that when there was a 2nd sales manager on duty. After some intense words I had to basically threaten him that I was gonna cause a scene if they wouldn't cancel my credit application. 5 mins later I'm in the other sales mangers office and wow was he rude and disrespectful but called the bank and canceled that deal in front of me. Now I wanted my $1000 deposit back and they told me it wasn't going to happen as I signed a legal agreement. I said It will as it was within my rights (10 days) and if they didn't I'd create a scene and possibly sue. The next day my $1000 deposit was ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend shopping around before doing business with Performance Mazda, nothing but pressure, arrogance and lies!! After all this I'm very happy with my 2016 Mazda 3gt tech and excellent service from bank st Mazda. More

Leur service à la clientèle est franchement médiocre, l'une des employées qui m'a aidé avait l'air tout à fait désintérésée de m'aider et de me vendre une voiture. Les prix des voitures ne sont pas raisonnables. D'autres employés sont irrespectueux et te parlent de façon condescendante. Notez que ce n'est pas le seul concessionaire Mazda à Ottawa, et que les revues récentes pour ce concessionnaire en question ne sont pas bonnes. Peut-être qu'ils étaient bons dans les années antérieures, il n'en semble plus être le cas. Roxanne est tres gentille et respectueuse qui te donne la fausse impression que les autres employes seront comme elle. Le bon service s'arrete a la reception. In short, don't settle for anything less than you deserve, if you want good service you most certainly will not get it at this dealership. They are rude and condescending, all they care about is selling cars and making money off of you. Also, whatever deal they promise to give you can be obtained elsewhere as well. More

April 2016 incentives that were emailed to me at request of salesman included 2 year complimentary service plan. My error in not making sure it was spelled out on the contract however so many discounts / trade in value are scrambled together to reach the agreed upon bottom figure that I missed it. Numerous issues associated with delivery however putting the onus the customer to come up with proof of an incentive and giving the impression that no such offer would have been made, displays a complete lack of customer service. 1st service for recommended 4 month oil change I'm advised by Service that I do not have a complimentary service program. Sales person feigns ignorance & Sales Manager does not have the courtesy to acknowledge me only to advise sales & service it's not on the contract. Sales person to investigate Monday and get back to me. Fortunately I had the email that made the offer and emailed to sales person and originator. A follow up call & I am advised that the powers that be are reviewing the matter. How hard can it be to review an email? Am I happy with the vehicle CX5 - very. Am I happy with Sales - needs a lot of improvement. More

Mr Kevin Graham welcomed us in a professional manner and showed us everything about the type and size of cars that we were interested in. He was very patient, courteous, polite and motivated. Throughout the process he has demonstrated enthusiasm, attention to details, dedication and above all, very knowledgeable. That is exactly what is expected from customers. All staff at Mazda Orleans made you feel at ease. We highly recommend Kevin. More
Purchasing a used car I recently went to Performance Mazda in Orleans after seeing a used Mazda 3 that I was interested in purchasing. On the first visit I met with a nice sales person who showed me the car. I noticed that tires were very worn and said that they would need to be replaced. He agreed and said that I should make this part of my offer and we discussed pricing in general terms. He said that a very low offer had recently been refused ($2500 below the asking price) and said that I should make an offer and he would present it to the manager. I came back on another visit with my wife to test drive the car and have another look. We decided to make an offer on the car, offering $1500 less than the asking price (including tax) expecting to negotiate somewhere between our offer and the asking price. The salesperson led us to believe that the offer was reasonable and there was room to move on the price. The sales manager came back to us with a full price counter offer. The salesperson said we should make another higher offer, which we did (moved up $500) and the manager, Andrew Scott, I believe, came back again with a full offer. We asked to speak with the manger and when he came to talk with us he was very indifferent to our surprise that there was no room for negotiation. Performance Mazda does not advertise that they don't negotiate and the salesperson seemed very surprised that there was no negotiation. When I asked Andrew why he didn't tell his salesperson there was no room for negotiation, he said that it was there job to get offers and his to set the price. What is the 50's with sneaky sales tactics. After spending more than an hour on two occaisions we were upset to have been led on falsely and by the smug attitude of the manager who couldn't stop smiling at us for being upset. I will never return to this dealership and would recommend others to find another Mazda dealer, there are several others in the city. More

It was recommended to me because my sister and her boyfriend go there for service on their Mazdas and have been very happy with the Service Dep't. Roxanne was very nice on the phone. I spoke with Luciano. Right away I felt comfortable, like he was on my side. It didn't feel like he was just there to sell me something. He gave me really good advice and explained to me, in easy to understand terms, how the trade-in process works, since I was unfamiliar. He ran the numbers for me with no obligation just to see what I was looking at. It turned out that I wasn't able to get a car this time sadly, but I know exactly where I will go for my next car! These people know what customer service is all about :) More
