Worest Experience Ever, AVOID!!! Worst experience I ever had. I tried to buy a car from them, but the second day I decided to cancel the contract with them because the standard transm Worst experience I ever had. I tried to buy a car from them, but the second day I decided to cancel the contract with them because the standard transmission wouldn't fit my situation. so I went back to the dealer, at the first they were saying its impossible to cancel the contract, the only way to do it is that to accept the car, and resell it to us. Then I called OMVIC, told them what happened, OMVIC suggested me not to accept the car. after I told them I've been contacting with the OMVIC, the sales manager told me it is now possible to cancel the deal. but now they asked me to pay them $721.96 dollars extra, plus my $1000 deposit, as liquidated damage. The manager told me that he has been very accommodating with me, but I certainly did not feel that way. I'm not sure how will they treat you if he is not being very "accommodating". It seems they do not care about their customers at all, they only pretend to care about you when you about to spend some money at their dealership. More

They don't seem to care Got my car serviced and they had to ordered a piece. They never called me back to let me know. During the same service, I also inquired about my appearance package and they didn't seem to know what to do. They finally took some picture to submit for a claim, but I had to call them 3 months after to realize that there were no picture in my file. The work they did on my car was good and fast. But the follow up were nonexistent. Also had to deal with one specific person for my end of lease and as soon I said I was more interested in buying it than buying a new car, he lost complete interest in giving me proper customer service. I had to send multiples emails and voicemail to get him to take a look...Even sent an email to the DG, and a month later, still no answer. At the end, I went to another dealership (Bank Street Mazda) and I have to say that it was my best decision ever. More
