I shopped around to nine different dealers and the Mazda 3 was the car I liked best and it also was the best price. Kevin Graham was a pleasure to work with..I found him to be extremely knowledgable and 3 was the car I liked best and it also was the best price. One negative point.. if I may... this is not to be reflected on Kevin Graham at all.. but I was directed to another young gentlemen in a back office .. now this gentlelmen was very pleasant but he did try to sell me other options ie.. rustproofing, xtra warranty etc.. Kevin had already went over these options available and I was clear indicating I was not interested... Over all a very pleasant experience and I would highly recopmmend Performance Mazda..especially Kevin! More
Dealing with Kevin over a period of a year and a half was a pleasure as he was never "pushy" and at no time did I feel pressured in any way. I have dealt with Performance Mazda for 4 years. Their customer service is unbeatable. I have had many makes of vehicles (Audi, Chev. Acura, Honda), but the service received at Performance has been outsta customer service is unbeatable. I have had many makes of vehicles (Audi, Chev. Although the vehicle I purchased has required regular maintenance (RX-8), the team at Mazda has been extremely responsive and helpful. I don't hesitate to recommend this dealership. Thank you! More
I would refer this dealership to anyone I know because the service is impecable. Also, the service advisor is always very organized and competent. The service my family received from Brian Sanford and the team at Performance Mazda was amazing from start to finsh. When I called Performance Mazda and spoke to Brian, he was the first person who actually team at Performance Mazda was amazing from start to finsh. When I called Performance Mazda and spoke to Brian, he was the first person who actually took the time to assit us in our quest to purchase a vehicle which is why we visited Performance Mazda first. Brian was very attentive as to what kind of vehicle we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us. We went on a road test and he was quick to point out all the features of the vehicle. At one point I tried the wipers and he noticed that they were not working well or the correct size, and he immediately made note that they would be changed. Negotiating a price for the vehicle was painless and we were happy with the price we agreed on. We pick up the vehicle in 2 days and I have emailed Brian on several occassions with some small questions we had and he has answered us almost immediately,even on a Sunday. Now that's service. There is always some form of stress involved when buying a vehicle, it was nice to deal with someone who could eliminated that stress. Thank you Brian. We researched Mazda3 vehicles on the internet, and Performance Mazda seemed to have the best prices and selection in the city. A quick telephone call to inquire about some used vehicles put us in touch with Brian SANFORD (sales). We then drove to Performance Mazda from our home in Kanata, to look at, and test drive a used Mazda3. Brian had the used vehicle ready and waiting for us! Although it was a nice vehicle, my husband had fallen in love with the NEW 2010 model in the showroom. After a brief discussion with Brian, we knew the 2010 Mazda3 was what we wanted. From the moment we spoke with Brian there was no pressure at any point, we were made to feel at ease throughout the entire process, we were never rushed, and had any and all questions answered before we even had to ask. Once the deal was reached, we spoke with Bruce SHANNON(financing)who was very helpful, friendly and took the time to explain all of our options. We chose extended warranty, and rust-proofing BUT it was our choice. We were never pressured at all! Both of these gentlemen somehow managed to meet our requests of a Wednesday delivery (2days after purchase)which was no small feat. When we arrived to pick-up our new vehicle, Brian spent over an hour and a half with us explaining every last detail of our vehicle. It should be noted we arrived at 5:30pm and left at 7pm. Brian was off at 5pm that evening. He did all of this on his own time. WOW!! Performance Mazda is very fortunate to have such quality people working there. We cannot say enough good things about our buying experience. We could have made our purchase anywhere, but Brian's knowledge and easy going manner convinced us that yours was the only dealership that we wanted to do business with. Please pass on our deepest gratitude to Brian and Bruce for a job extremely well done! We without a doubt will recommend Performance Mazda to all of our family and friends. I've owned Mazdas since 1998 and when our MPV called it quits, budgeting constraints (because of a change in careers and schooling) meant that we needed to look at buying a used car. Knowing that what we REALLY want, in a year or two, is a Mazda 5, for resale value and quality, we wanted to stick with Mazdas for now. So I got in touch with Performance Mazda and explained our situation. We needed something under warranty. Not too many kilometres. Suitable for four adults. But the priority was on price; payments HAD to be low to work with our tight budget. Well, Mary took our file and ran with it. She was fantastic; and what I really loved was that she respected our needs and our financial situation. She found a couple of vehicles that would probably do the trick, but the one we settled on was perfect: a black 2009 Mazda 3, low kms, still under Mazda's MAP warranty (valid til 2013 no less!) and really well taken care of. My husband and I both test drove the car, and loved it. I confess, we did look around; as I said, budget was paramount for us. But no one could touch the deal she gave us and I was thrilled. For our financing, Bruce was wonderful and very easy to talk to and work with. We had the opportunity to speak with Kevin as well and he was very nice and personable; as it turns out, he knows my stepchildren! Anyway, all in all, the experience was fantastic, easy and I took comfort in knowing that Mary looked after us extremely well, finding us the perfect vehicle to fill the gap until my husband is finished his education and training for a second career. Kudos to the folks at Performance. It's always a pleasure to deal with any of them. Thanks Mary for all your work! Very much appreciated! Time to buy a car. Where do you go? Obviously you want to get the most bang for your buck and feel confident in your purchase. As a young female, buying my first brand new car, it was important to me that i felt i was being treated with the upmost respect and not taken advantage of. At Mazda, i couldn’t have asked for better service, respect, bang for my buck, and honesty. I left there with a smile from ear to ear feeling confident.
