I have always been satisfied with the service at Performance Mazda in Ottawa, Ontario. The receptionist and the person who confirms the appointment are always nice, polite and helpful. But on August 4, 2011, Mathieu Gervais who is a technician where we leave our car and to who we explain the reason of our visit, was able to assist me with problems regarding to the passenger's wiper noise and the foam between the dash and windshield without any extra cost. That's what I call excellent service. He understood the problem, gave me good advice and was able to offer his help without the assistance of another mechanic person and at no extra charge. Thank you again for the good work and the excellent client service. I will certainly recommend Performance Mazda to my friends and family. Rollande Sauve More

My customer experience was very positive. The sales representative was friendy, curteous and knowledgable about the vehicles. The purchasing procedures were explained very well and the whole process was well done. The vehicle was available on time and claened and prepared for pick up. The features of the vehicle were demonstrated to myself and my wife so that we had some familiarity with the vehicle before driving of the lot. All the people in the dealership we have dealt with have been friendly and helpfull and exhibited pride in the vehicles they were selling or servicing. This has been further demonstated when I had the vehicle in for it's first service. My overall experience with the dealership so far has been very positive and I will continue having my vehicle serviced here. The price for the new 2011 Mazda 3 Sport I purchased was what I expected with no hidden surprices. The fact i had no trade in and it was a cash purchase made this very easy. More

They were able to sell us the exact vehicule my wife and I we were looking for that fitted in our budge Performance Mazda, sales person Kevin Graham. Kevin was even was able to help us after the sale with finding the instructions for our roof rack. Thanks again! The experience we had at Mazda was very pleasant. Kevin, our sales representative, was very helpful and treated us with great care and attention. There was some resistance on the dealership's behalf to pay our sales representative, was very helpful and treated us with great care and attention. I have been dealing with Performance Mazda since 2002 and have purchased 3 cars from them. My last 2 purchases I’ve dealt with Kevin Graham who I would highly recommend. He is knowledgeable, helpful and fr have purchased 3 cars from them. My last 2 purchases I’ve dealt with Kevin Graham who I would highly recommend. He is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Even though I no longer live in the neighbourhood I still return to Performance Mazda. Everyone there is very pleasant to deal with and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. There is no high pressure tactics at time of sale or when servicing the car. Whenever I'm at Performance Mazda I end up having a coffee and talking with Kevin along with many other staff members and frequently the manager. It's like a social visit. Jim Goulet More
