Buying a car can be an unnerving experience with high pressure sales and rush, rush. I did not find this at Penticton Hyundai. The experience was quite pleasurable. I phoned for an appointment on Wednesd pressure sales and rush, rush. I did not find this at Penticton Hyundai. The experience was quite pleasurable. I phoned for an appointment on Wednesday and on Thursday I had an appointment with Sharon. She had all my particulars there when I arrived (as I had preordered an new vehicle). John came out after about 15 minutes and said they cannot guarantee the vehicle I ordered would be available for a year or more if at all (a Plug-In Hybrid Santa Fe). After some disappointment, Sharon, John and I started talking about the Santa Fe Hybrid. I came to the decision to buy one and was told one would be arriving in a week. After more time with Sharon discussing it, John came out and said, "It has just arrived!" Sharon and I went out to watch it being unloaded off the truck. This was Thursday, I picked up the car up on Saturday. Well done all around. Jastej was very friendly, knowledgeable, and good with the finances and warranty setup. All in all, a very pleasant experience even after my initial disappointment. I have had the car now for a week and a half and I am very pleased with it. More
Since the first day we looked at Hyundai's back in March, 2022, we've found the folks at Penticton Hyundai to always go the extra mile to make our experience pleasant and fruitful. Our first contact with Ethan, a Sales consultant, alerted us to the fact that a new, improved Tucson was about to be released, and from there we never looked back. I believe we were the 4th customers in BC to order a 2022 Tucscon plug-in hybrid when it became available to pre-book, and we took delivery in October of 2021. During the wait time, Ethan was diligent in keeping up apprised of developments and delivery schedules, and since we took delivery, the people in Service have picked up the ball and kept our new car in perfect condition. Although we now live in West Kelowna and could move our service over to the Kelowna dealership, we are so pleased with our treatment at Penticton Hyundai that we plan to continue bringing our car there for future service needs. A big thank-you to everyone associated with this competent and highly motivated team! More

While the staff are friendly the product they sell seems to always be in the shop for recalls and repairs. We have 2 Hyundai cars and although both are a few years old they are very low mileage and are alwa to always be in the shop for recalls and repairs. We have 2 Hyundai cars and although both are a few years old they are very low mileage and are always seem to be needing repairs. So far my Sonota has had a new engine, complete new steering, hood struts and many smaller items and it has only 40,000 kms , that is about 24,000 miles in old terms. The Elantra has 11,000 kms or 6,000miles and now after spending $340. in two trips to repair the air conditioner and heater that has not worked right since we bought it new we are told we need to replace the compressor at $2,000 plus. Both cars were bought new and we expected they would not need anything major until they were higher in mileage but the parts used now a days seem to be poor and not backed by the manufacturer. We had encouraged our family to buy Hyundai but not any more until their product improves. H and P More

I can't say enough about the excellent service I had from Penticton Hyundai! On a trip from Osoyoos to N. Vancouver the motor on my 2015 Santa Fe blew outside of Princeton. I managed to limp it back into a Penticton Hyundai! On a trip from Osoyoos to N. Vancouver the motor on my 2015 Santa Fe blew outside of Princeton. I managed to limp it back into a garage in Princeton, where the garage owner contacted Penticton and they informed me I should have it towed (at their expense) back into the dealership. I dealt with Liz Bannick who was very informative, telling me a new motor would have to be installed at no expense to me, and arranged a rental vehicle for me in N. Van. Liz was great in keeping me updated as it was a lengthy 26 days before getting my SUV back. Audrey also contacted me several times with updates. My vehicle was fully detailed when it was ready to be picked up. How great to deal with a company that stands behind it's product 100% and makes a very unfortunate experience so easy to deal with. More
