He offered me a good solution promptly - not only was he always responding quickly and to-the-point, but more importantly the wait for the vehicle was quite reasonable; almost too good to be true for a vehicle in high demand, I had thought. Well, he came through just as originally promised! As a bonus, he made the entire process - trade-in, paperwork and all - straightforward and easy, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!
