Minor complication in picking the vehicle up as it was not plated as my sales associate was no longer with the firm. Russ advised the vehicle would be ready in a few hours and for me to come back. Three hours later the vehicle was ready. Russ went over the vehicle details with me and ensured I had an understanding of the operation of my new purchase. The service department is in a word exceptional. I was having issues locating winter wheels for the vehicle and Richard in service offered to have my winter tires installed on the aluminum rims and sort out getting steel rims for next season. He was able to facilitate this the next day and it only took an hour to complete. Richard truley understands the meaning of the word service and is a definate asset to the firm. I also had brief interaction with another service representative by the name of Ro who is also personable and knowledgeable. I am certainly happy with the purchase of the vehicle and the serviced received. I have already recommended this dealership to people and will continue to do so. More
