After coming to what I thought was a great deal at a local dealership I decided to give myself a "cooling off period" just to make sure I was not jumping into a price point just on impulse, with a salesperson who was saying all the right things. I contacted your dealership after seeing your ad on Kijii.ca. Snce the initial contact was through e-mail I was skeptical sincerity of the responses from the sales representative. I was pleasantly surprised with your sales reps' prompt and replies to my questions and general inquiries. The emails turned into phone calls and then I had mentioned the situation I was in. I told him about the offer that was accepted from a previous dealership and he asked if I would give Peel Chrysler the opportunity to bid for my business. I mentioned that I live quite a distance from Peel and that it would really have to be a solid deal for me to do business with your dealership. After negotiating through emails and phone calls my offer was accepted. I enjoyed the process of negotiating for a price that I thought would be great for me and my family within our budget. I must say that Joshua West was professional and prompt with all my email responses. He never pressured me into coming down to the dealership, and he took my offers as serious as if I would have been sitting in front of him. I can honestly say that your phrase "NOBODY BEATS A DEAL WITH PEEL" is TRUE. In my eyes you have really given new meaning to hassle free vehicle buying.
