2003 honda purchase great all around experience. Dealing with Sal made us feel like he cared about our concerns ( i have been to some dealerships that tend to look down great all around experience. Dealing with Sal made us feel like he cared about our concerns ( i have been to some dealerships that tend to look down on you because you are buying a used car ) Sal made every effort to make sure we were happy, gave us a great deal on a used car ( that feels like it's brand new by the way ) and the all around experience was far better than what i expected from a car dealership. Negotiated for something, delivered something else Horrible experience. Never going back to this dealership, if I can avoid it. Can't trust them one bit. Regret buying from them. I thought I was very clear about what I wanted and agreed about it with the salesman. So, when I was signing, I thought I was signing for what we have discussed. Turned out, they gave me something else and I did not notice the change. Irony is that I have an app in my phone that recorded everything we negotiated. Then the salesman completely denied having negotiated for a feature and it is all recorded. The salesman's denial is also recorded. To make matters worst, the salesman's bosses support him knowing fully well what the truth is. Very very bad experience. More
