horrible knowledge Started out ok. Deal finished awful. Still have unsolved problems the dealership refuses to acknowledge. Pretty bad when your salesperson says 'I know Started out ok. Should have canceled the deal as soon as she made excuses for not getting back to me & for not remembering what truck I was looking at. Glad most correspondence was by email. Will be contacting Chrysler directly about the issues unresolved. Only plus is the financing person was great to deal with. He actually did the delivery on my truck because the salesperson was to busy with a walk-in cutomer (I had an appointment to pick up my vehicle). No wonder they are a number one sales team. Once you have bought your vehicle they move to the next sale without worrying about properly finishing the last sale. More

HORRIBLE! Would not recommend this dealer. They did not tell me about other costs like extended warranties until it was time to sign and did not tell me about Would not recommend this dealer. They did not tell me about other costs like extended warranties until it was time to sign and did not tell me about other fees until I came in to sign and changed the payment rate we agreed upon by a few dollars when I came into sign. Also did not tell me that after one year my rate could change and hence my payments could change after one year. The car was not ready when I came in and they did not give me my temp insurance slip when I came in. Overall I felt ripped off and taken advantage of. Low balled me on my trade in as well. BUYER BEWARE!! More

I sent an Email requesting information on various vehicles. I had a reply back within a short time frame from Domenic Capogreco. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns in such a way that put me at ease that I decided to travel from North Bay to Peel, drop in to their place of work and meet Dominic one on one. I ended up buying a truck from Dominic.I also had the pleasure of meeting Sam Liamakeros who also helped in providing good sound advise with regards to warranty and preventive maintenance( undercoating) While waiting for work to be completed I had a chance to talk to Paul K. and shared home made cookies from Linda G. which helped to pass the time quickly. BAD customer service First of all, I found PEEL online with a great offer on a new Jeep Wrangler. When I was pricing it out with John, the total seemed higher than what wa First of all, I found PEEL online with a great offer on a new Jeep Wrangler. When I was pricing it out with John, the total seemed higher than what was advertised. I had to get confrontational with John in order to get him to lay out the exact costs of the Jeep; where I realized he was hiding costs from me. So after being put on hold for 10 minutes he came back with the right pricing. In addition, I had ordered for Peel to add a Trailer hitch. When I got the Jeep and drove it home (8 hrs away) I then realized that there was no wiring done for the hitch (I was told at my local jeep retailer that it should of been included). I called and spoke with John and he denied it was their fault, stating that I had to tell him that I want wiring in addition to the hitch!!! Even if this was not included, don't you think the dealer is responsible to ask if I wanted wiring included with the hitch??? Insane. SO even though it is a small cost (around 50$) they would not cough it up. Ridiculous. Needless to say he was very rude in dealing with the whole situation as well. I am 26 years old and have never wrote a review on anything good/bad.. So the fact that I went out of my way to write this tells you something. I got a pretty decent deal out of PEEL, but I would not recommend dealing with John. More
