After telling Russ what I was looking for he priced it out and his first price was his best price. It was easily 3000 less then the lowest price I had received from a competing dealership. I tried shopping around some more but no other dealer was willing to come close to what Russ was offering. I ordered my Ram from Russ later that week. Russ was pleasant and friendly throughout the entire experience. He promptly returned phone calls and e-mails and went the extra mile to make me happy. I didn't feel that I was being "sold" on buying a vehicle, I honestly felt that Russ was working for me to get what was best for me rather what was best for the dealership, which is a nice feeling to have.
